I cant say what I really wanna say, so Ill put it this way, who ever is hiring there is very specific on who they hire and the type or person they hire.. order.was wrong, fixed but then cold. McDonald's is one of the last places Id eat at anyways but that once in a bluemoon that I do go, its always the same kinda ordeal.
This McDonald's has people from the training center working here I order a 20 piece chicken nuggets a large sweet tea with extra ice and I get a 20 piece spicy nuggets and a large unsweetened tea dam special needs workers
To all the staff at this location: No matter what job you have, do your best. Give the service you would like to receive. If you hate your job, quit! The service here is mediocre.Edit: this is for the McDonalds located 11007 Bloomingdale Ave, Riverview, FL 33578.
I ordered through the McDonald's app. This app is easy to navigate and you accrue points for each purchase. The food came out quickly and it tasted great as you would expect. The visit was great!
Very upset. Used to order from here but they forgot half my items on doordash so when I called they said they refuse door dash (but thats where I order from) and I asked again and he was like well yeah we do and I said so half my items were left out? And he saif he doesnt do that kinda stuff which I get? And then said I had to contact door dash and when I did they had a picture of my bag sealed shut mcdonalds messed it up and mcdonalds refueses to fix it. Kinda ?
Haven’t been going here since I started ordering meal service however once a week I go out to eat and after a great movie I decided to stop here and get some dinner but what I did end up getting was a permanent distaste for McDonald’s, one of the cashiers couldn’t even give me valid explanations on why I could not receive what I requested and was completely disrespectful. As a customer service rep myself I definitely expected better!!!! Next time I will order Starbucks might never get food from this location again. Very unsatisfied customer

Worst customer service experience. We waited over 30 minutes for our curbside order and finally went through the drive through and they told us they cancelled our order. They had us pull up to the front doors and some female worker came out and handed us money while on her personal phone, ignored my husband when he asked about our order and continued to talk on the phone. She just handed him a reciept with change and walked away. Never had issues here before but she needs to learn how to treat customers appropriately.
Horrible customer service. I placed my order at the drive threw. Got my order and 2 sandwich were missing. Minimal parking at this location on the one side of the building so I parked further out in the shopping complex lot and walked to the building. The lobby was closed for a private party. Plenty of staff there and no one would even open the door to address my issue. Motioning me to go to the drive threw. Which now has a line around the building. I walked back to my car and got in the long line and asked if someone could runOut the rest of my order and was told no. So now the line is not moving and everything else i ordered is cold. Thank u for such great customer service. Just reinforces why I barley ever get McDonald's
