the service was very bad, I did the order online and left a 20% tip and I regret it enormously, the girl who takes the orders seemed to be angry and I think that she wanting to go home, the one who makes the pizzas does not use gloves and things pull from side to side. They forgot part of my order and I had to claim it, they didn't even have it printed. one of the worst services i have ever seen
Marco's is usually great. Got delivery tonight and the pizza was amazing as usual, however the chicken, after me raving to my husband how good they always are, came like this. Tiny crumbles of batter, only two actual nuggets of meat. Very disappointed.
Just called to warn the manager at this location about a white Dodge Journey that had three unattended children in the car while the driver was making deliveries. The manager would not come to the phone and the girl that answered was very rude and did not care. She said she did not see kids in the back of the store when I said the car. I was sitting on my porch in the Brandon Brooke neighborhood enjoying the rain when I saw this happen. The car looked like this. If those children where to get hurt while the driver is on the clock the work insurance will not cover it.
Best chain pizza joint in the country. You can find local places that may have better pizza, but Marcos buries places like Pizza Hut, Dominos, and Little Caesars/
just received my food and upon inspection, it's clear that there was no pizza sauce added to this order. I just paid $20+ dollars for a lump of cheese and meat with no sauce. Added to that is the fact that this bowl isn't even full. This is terrible. This was my first and last order from your store.
Marcos is not like it used to be! Save yourself and just get pizza from somewhere else. Red Baron frozen pizza is better. Marco's was burned on top and there was barely sauce, and please don't expect them to pick up the phone.? #Friday #Pizza #Below average
Usually there salads are amazing but not at this location I got three croutons and what taste like Tyson chicken strips from the grocery store that were cold so all they did was take it out of the bag we couldn't even bring ourselves to eat it!!!
Placed a pickup order over the phone and the girl who took my order couldn’t understand my “simple” basic order for a LARGE PIZZA (with split ingredients on each side). I picked up the pizza and the entire pie had all the ingredients combined instead of it being split half & half ingredients. Plus, it was cold and had to be reheated.
I've ordered from this location multiple times. Marco's pizza never disappoints, and this location is one of the best. Highly recommend.
The Chicken Florentine pizza is awesome. Fresh tomatoes, onions and large chunks of chicken on a very flavorful crust. Yummy!
