After seeing this place for a while I had been wanting to try. We arrived around 1:30 PM in the afternoon. I ordered fried chicken with a waffle with a side of some type potatoes with peppers, onions and bacon. We waited for over 15 minutes for our food and when it was brought to the table only the chicken and waffle arrived with the chicken slightly warm placed over the waffle, which was cold and already getting soggy on the bottom. We were told they didn’t have the ingredients for the potatoes and asked if we’d like something else. We ordered the Mac and cheese. After some time another waitress came by our table to ask if we wanted another side explaining the potatoes were out. I said we already ordered a replacement side. She then said she was refunding us for the potatoes and the mac & cheese would be “on the house”. The mac & cheese came out about 10 minutes later but by that time we were finished with the chicken and waffle of which we only ate two pieces of since it was cold to begin with. And no, I never did receive the refund for the potatoes. Not a great first time experience.We’ll pass on this place!
The place is always crowded when I go, which should tell you something. The food and customer-service are great, and their maple coffee is fantastic. Not sure if there is actually a maple flavor or if it's my imagination...it is subtle but delightful. My kids love the biscuits with berry jam and the chocolate chip waffle. The biscuit with fried chicken, egg, cheese and gravy is awesome. Go get some southern biscuits made fresh.
Love the food, BUT service has quickly declined!! No coffee available after notifying staff 3 times and ordered a salad with strawberries and they attempted to give me ranch when specifically said balsamic. After requesting balsamic 2 more times, we were told they were out and had to make it. WHY WOULD I EVER EAT RANCH WITH STRAWBERRIES AND GOAT CHEESE?! This is not my 1st time here or the 1st time service was unacceptable, so I have tried to give them a chance and now it’s my 1st time leaving a poor review. I’ve also noticed that this only happens once the owner leaves.
I don’t even know where to begin. This place is great. Everything we have tried is absolutely delicious! The iced lattes to their biscuits, bacon, chicken and Mac & cheese. They aren’t a traditional restaurant with hostess and waiters. You order at the register, pick a table and your name is called. They use pure maple syrup and sell it as well. We have dined in and ordered for pick up and they never disappoint. Friendly staff and clean. We love maple street biscuit company and I am sure you will too!!

I went to this Maple Street this first time this morning and have a wonderful experience they had a manager there who came to the table I think her name was Jennifer overly friendly just wonderful I would recommend this place to everybody good food great environment environment
This was a wonderful surprise. I ordered a chicken and biscuit sandwich with a sweet pepper jelly. To my surprise it was the best chicken and biscuits I've had thus far. The orange juice, yes orange juice, was sweet and delicious. They actually squeezed the oranges into a cup and it was one of the best OJ's I've tasted. I can't wait to make it back so I can order more goodies. Maple Street biscuits will definitely be my go to spot for a savory breakfast.
February 2022- things are looking a lot cleaner! Great job! Staff was in great mood today even when it was super busy. Helps when the owner/manager is out on the floor checking up on everyone. Keep up the great work y’all ✨December 2021 update: the cleanliness has dropped in this place. When placing my order I can see into the messy kitchen. Things all over the floor. Also the trash/ dirty dish area is messy. It’s very off putting. Hoping they can step it up.New to the Brandon area! Love this place :) it’s so delicious and they offer a vegetarian option in the biscuits and gravy- love that! LITERALLY the best fresh squeezed orange juice- worth every penny. Great coffee too. Lots of items on the menu and everything I tried was so tasty. The place is clean and organized. The staff was super friendly and employees checked on us multiple times while eating to make sure all is well. So happy they are now in Brandon. They are located off Bloomingdale and John Moore. Fantastic Quality and Unique MenuStopped in for lunch. We had the Sticky Maple, The Iron Goat and Meatballs. The service and food were fantastic. The menu is a refreshing change from the usual offerings. The jams are so good.
