Our food, steak, was cooked the way we wanted. They asked how our steak was done several times making me believe that it is standard procedure for them. This attention to detail was welcoming and appreciated. Our waitress was very attentive and did not waste any time with additional request, condiments and drinks. This restaurant has better service and food than the ones in New England.
Went here for dinner last night. Party of 6 and 2 kids. Waited over an hour to be seated. We were told it would be 30 minutes. There was a large party seated in multiple booths behind us. It was the most unpleasant meal I've ever had. The party behind us sat the kids in one booth and adults in one. They were constantly out of their seats basically over my shoulder during my meal. Very loud and disrespectful of all around them. Everyone in the restaurant was looking and just shaking their head at how disruptive they were. Many items on the menu were not available. Lemonade, strawberry lemonade, apple juice, chocolate milk. Food was good. Server, Cassandra did the best she could. She even said she had a difficult time taking our order because it was so loud. Horrible dining experience.
I went there on a night that didn't seem very busy, there wasn't even a wait for a table of 4. Yet I had to send my steak back twice to get it cooked correctly, and I still ended up settling. I ordered medium rare and all 3 times to came back rare, and the 3rd time I cut into it the man who brought it to me said that that's what a longhorn medium rare looks like. So warning, apparently you need to order your steaks more cooked than you actually want. Other than that, the rest of our food was delicious.
Wish their menu would expand. Great local longhorn it's ine of our favorites but the menu is small and very repetitive every time we go. No matter what time if the year. Hubby loves their steaks but I just like choice and theirs not much there since the pandemic.
The server was amazing. Very helpful and personal. It's been a long time since I have been since I ate there and was looking forward to eating something good.Other than a long wait to be seated, it is at 3 pm. Our server was great. He went out of his to make sure we enjoyed our time. Our food was not good. Two of my sons didn't eat any of the food was very salty. My other son got baby back ribs and BBQ was so heavy to taste the meat. My wife and I only ate parts of our food. Our bill was around $100. Next time, I will go to grocery store for the money and food. The service was worth the money. He was great.

Is 1 out of 3 bad? It seems the last few times we've been to LongHorn, the consistency of the food continues to decline. This used to be one of our favorite go-to places, but I think we need to find another one as they seem to have lost their way. (1) call ahead seating app, don't bother! According to this technological wonder, there's never a wait. Should have figured it out after the first two times we show up when there is, "no wait", and we have to wait 30 plus minutes. (2) Order correctness. Order a 6 oz fillet, get served a 6 oz sirloin. Get the order replace, but not until after a little back and forth with the server about it not being correct, and being told that's what was entered, and me telling him but that's not what's on the plate, and then having the replacement take long enough that everyone else was finished when the correct meal finally arrived. (3) Now this is where I'm a bit conflicted. Obviously the first two were not wins, but the overall service was very good. The server was attentive and polite. My only negative comment would be that when you work in a steakhouse, you do need to know the difference between a sirloin and a filet.
Dined in, ordered Medium cooked ribeye. Came rare & extremely salty! Worst thing is for a "steak house" to under or over cook a steak. Also do NOT bring over 6 people there. They can not accommodate more. 8 of us where on top of each other & get rid of that large table by the kitchen. You can hear all the chatter & not so kind words coming out of there. Server was nice & efficient.
Great waitress. We had to wait at least 10-15min before we were acknowledged by the host. 3 out of 3 steaks were not cooked to proper doneness. Initially the first were over cooked. The last one was a return and it came a tad past rare (asked for medium). It was also under seasoned. The wings were really good as well as the potato soup and bacon Mac n cheese.
Very good meal very good service would recommend had the cheese stuffed mushroom appetizer half and half sweet and unsweet tea sweet potato with cinnamon and sugar and butter and Outlaw Ribeye
