I've lived in Brandon/Valico 50+ years. I've been to almost every Asian restaurant here, and many across the US. My last experience here was pre-COVID, and it was not noteworthy. Decided to give it a try again tonight. My rating of "1" is relatively to all the other Asia/Chinese meals I've had or made, and is very generous. Not sure why this place is still open.
Food was AWESOME!!!!! The lady on phone was very nice and helpful.....my delivery driver parked away from the house and took the walk( All other drivers walk through my yard)...He was there fast and made sure my order was complete before leaving...The food is also always amazing! I will definitely keep ordering from Ling Express!!!!!
Honestly the best Chinese food around! I go out of my way to get them. Easy to order over the phone as well. I’ve eaten here 10+ times and never has my order been made wrong nor missing items.
Beware of this place, there was a Roach in my food. Good thing I looked at my food before I tried to eat. I'll never eat here!
New Cook? New owner? Supply chain issues? This was our go to for fast and good Chinese food. The fried rice is now just mushy brown rice (no egg, no veggies) the egg roll has some bland looking in not sure what in it (no meat or veggies) service was still decent but not like it used to be. Overall disappointed. Maybe we will give it one more try in a couple moths, but might be on the hunt for a new place. Sad.
Fastest Chinese delivery on the planet. Also very nice establishment and staff. 2 of their drivers I met are soooooo cool. The food really reminds me of New York/ Née jersey Chinese food

Not that good the quality of the food in here is poor.. order for pick up the lo mein wasn't good and tasted bland especially when I order the lo mein fully loaded barely came eggs in it and vegetables had a weird funny taste. Rather travel to Tampa in the hood they got better food than this smh..
Delivered my food over 45 min past delivery time which was already an hour. So and hour and 45 total I waited. Not a stickler on timing but I spent $60 on food and it was cold. I only live 5 min down the road. Didn’t want to pick it up because I was sick. Called and asked for a refund. Kept putting me on hold. Then made me call another # for their delivery service. They said they would call the manager I already spoke with to see if it was ok to my refund. Refused to give refund. I order food from them often because they are so close. After that experience. I will never eat there again. 0 stars.
I order from lings approximately once a month. They seem to always have a hard time getting it to me at the right address. However this last time their driver talked to me as if he didn't care about me as customer. He acted like he was doing me a favor by taking my hard earned money. I've used them for 6 years since I moved into the area but this is the last straw. The food is not is not terrible but it's not good enough to put up with that. Buyer be wear
