If you want to go and experience first hand home-made cuban cuisine visit La cocinita Cubana! I drove 2 hours just to eat here. The friendliest and caring owner. The way She takes time to talk to you and make sure your order is cooked to perfection. The Cuban sandwich what a master piece! The mojo on the pork is just so flavorful, the croquetas are just so fluffy and that smooth taste, the palomino steak nice and tender, the papas rellenas OMG!! The pizza empanada so cheesy and filled to the extreme! This is my Top 3 location of all times!! I am already planning to go back soon.
Came today leaving with more than I expected but in a wonderful way. The Cuban was amazing, the rice is great and eating churros & drinking Spanish soda all for the first time was AMAZING! Was also taught a great way to learn Spanish. Will be back again before I move next month. Thank you so much!!
AMAZING!! Great food and service! The owner is very personable and sweet. You can tell she is very passionate about her food! We got the Cuban sandwich, sweet plantains and cafe con leche. All tasted fresh, delicious and authentic!

Stopped by to see how good their cuban sandwich was. Not bad the pork has a distinct flavor to it and is shredded . Not quite as much meat as some other places the bread wasn't as hard and crunchy which suited my mom . The lady who served us was very friendly.
My Dad and I have been now 3 times and we love the Cuban sandwich and the deviled crabs. We will definitely be back again and again. Also the staff is very friendly and really takes pride in serving great Cuban food! It’s nice to have a good place in Brandon for great Cuban food I highly recommend it. Thank you.
