Got one dozen early Saturday evening. They only have 3 flavors. Had to wait to get glazed that was just started to be made. Got 2 chocolate glazed custards filled. Neither had any custard inside. Got 4 raspberry jelly filled. Maybe a teaspoon of jelly in all 4 combined. Second time now that we've driven in rush hour traffic to get donuts, only to be let down. Terrible service. Young girls in back playing and laughing on their phones while customers waited at the counter. Terrible service and product means, lost us to dunkin donuts.
Worst customer service. Employees clearly did not want to be working nor bothered by customers. I waited for about 10 minutes in line before deciding to walk out because every one im line was getting dirty looks from the staff, not to mention the young man at the cash register rudely handed a receipt to the customer checking out- it then fell on the floor and he looked at her with out a care of apology. Will mot be returning- no one wants to feel unwelcome when entering a business to give them business.
You know you want it so go get it...Thanks for being there over the years Brandon Krispy Kreme. No matter the reason for buying a box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, they make the day better. One of the few good things you can still count on.
The doughnuts had just been freshly made, and they are delicious.

Was in drive thru for 15 minutes with no communication. Came inside and waited for an additional 10 minutes. There was a young lady in the back staring at me. She never said a word to me just kept walking around. Another girl came from the back and seemed very offended that I was there. She was slamming around boxes and rolling her eyes at me and other customers. ?
We drove an hour away to get to Krispy Kreme and when we get there we were treated horribly. They said they were out of donots even though they were still open, so when we asked what they could do about it because we drove so far away and they should have donots they were completely disrespectful. The lady laughed and said she couldn’t do anything and when I asked for the manager she said the same. I proceeded to ask for corporates phone number and they refused to give it to me, saying I could find it online. Overall was a terrible experience and I am shocked how poorly I was treated.
Always look in the box.Ordered 4 regular and 1 chocolate iced. Over $7. Got to my destination 13 miles away and no chocolate one. Tried calling and no answer. Haven't been in a while and probably won't go back.
20 minutes to get a half dozen donuts! No Pennie’s AGAIN for change! Got home 5 donuts in the box! Bad drive thru.
Disappointed.....2 weeks in a row they only had glazed. No other choices available. Need to make more of the other donut flavors.
