Poor customer service even for a Kentucky Fried Chicken. Manager is also very condescending. Walked into lobby because I had a utility trailer on my truck and could not use the drive-through. I was ignored for a while Then an employee walked up to the counter and said drive-through only. I told him I could not use the drive-through because of the trailer.. He turned around and just walked away. They then ignored me again. I asked for a manager who was very condescending. I ended up just leaving.
UPDATE: went to KFC what a DRASTIC CHANGE IN JUST A FEW YRS! I even have photos. words can not express enough how AWFUL the staff ALLOWED this food to go out like this. EVERYTHING WAS OVERCOOKED AND BURNT! Even the MAC WAS BURNT!! It breaks my heart because I have always loved KFC! I hope management fixes this, but I won't be visiting here for a long time, it literally made me sick, I threw everything away and made something else.Old review from 2 years ago:Yummy even for not having it for years, it definitely was delicious. Yet the girl at drive thru window forgot a lot of my food and even ordered a few things wrong. The manager fixed it, yet didn't say much or even apologize.
Good for an occasional fried chicken meal. The menu items I like best are the Famous Bowl and the Nashville Hot Tenders. The Fill Up meals seem reasonably priced.
Although this location MOSTLY provides decent quality food, they will rob you blind on your orders. I have an open case with KFC right now over this specific location. Today was the third documented time that they stole my money and I finally have enough evidence to prove this true. This KFC is completely mismanaged and corrupt. If you are from this location and reading this, know that you will be contacted by your corporate handlers soon. Despicable lack of morals and ethics.
You buy a bucket of chicken and you can NOT choose your sides! Not unless you want to pay an additional $1 per side item. Seriously??? You charge $45 for 12 pieces of chicken and 2 instant mashed potatoes and gravy and a coleslaw. I'll be sure to bring my business elsewhere, somewhere that I have the opportunity to choose what I want!

Awful awful customer service experience just now. Asked for an individual mashed potato without gravy at the box when ordering because I am allergic to the gravy. It was not added to our order. After waiting at the window because Margo, the cashier, couldn’t handle taking an order and giving us ours, she added the mashed potatoes as we said no gravy 4 more times. She handed us one with gravy and proceeded to argue telling us we needed to ask for no gravy with an awful attitude. Inedible chicken little included as well. Tried to call and got the dial tone. Never will return to this one I cannot even believe the service and quality of food. Get better employees, KFC!!
It would have been considerate to have a sign on the door stating you cannot walk in the open lobby to order to go food. Especially before the drive thru line grew. I am just so confused why basic communication in business left during covid
We ordered a 12 piece family meal with a $ 1.00 upgrade fee for the total of $41.00. The fries tasted like hard rubber bands! Don't waste your money, go to Outback and get a steak! The manager was of no help.
