I'm at this location 27 minutes before closing, walk up to the door and it's locked. The 2 guys behind the counter littetally look at me and pretend they didn't see me.... and then walk to the side really quick out of sight. I call their phone number from my car before driving off and they are not answering the phone either. I understand wanting to take off early on a Saturday night but this was extremely unprofessional! Very annoyed.
I just had to take a moment to express my gratitude for this location. Working in EMS is always hectic and trying to figure out a quick fix for food is never easy. Tonight my partner and I stopped into Jets for the 1st time and man was it a phenomenal experience. While we were looking through the menu one of the employees started informing us about their current specials. I wish I would of caught his name, but if it helps he had shoulder length hair that was brown and an amazing smile. This individual literally made the experience worth it in a matter of minutes. Not only did we get our food promptly, but he thanked us for our service, asked if we needed any plates or napkins and offered a bag for our drinks. In a world like today, people like this barely exist, you could tell that he enjoyed his job, and he definitely rubbed off on his co workers. Everyone was very kind and had smiles this just really made my night, thank you guys for dinner and most importantly your kind hearts!
Love their Detroit deep dish..flavorful but not greasy like Pizza Hut. The meats are fresh!
I ordered online and was given a 25 minute window for when the food would be ready. I arrived at the restaurant 35 minutes later, but still had a 5 minute wait. We ordered the special, Hawaiian, boneless wings, cinnamon sticks, and the brownie. Everything was good and there was only 2 slices of pizza left over that were quickly devoured in the morning. This was a far drive for me, but I enjoy trying new places and wasn't disappointed.
Ordered a LG with there cheese bread, and sorry to say the price for the food was too high. The LG was not even close it's more of a med papajohns. The sauce was too sweet and the dough w was under cooked in the middle sorry to say I won't eat here again.
What are the two miscellaneous charges when you order? Another way to make money hoping no one sees it. No thank you!!
Disappointing and disgustingWe order from this location, at least, once a month. Today was THEE WORST. Didn’t get the pizza we ordered. We got a day old, warmed up pizza—hard to chew crust, dried sauce, hard sausage, THAT WE DIDN’T EVEN ORDER!POOR customer service. One guy comes up front tells me, they’re cutting it. He’s watching football on his phone. Next guy, brings the box, looks at the ticket on the box and tells me to wait for someone else. Another guy comes up to ring me out. Customer service is poor. No hello, just pass-offs. As much as my children love this place, it’s an easy no going forward.
Food was 7 out of 10 for pizza chain. I gave 3 stars because I placed an online order at 115pm to be ready at 415pm and even called at talked to an employee when I placed the order online and he assured me the order came through and would be ready at 415pm. When I arrived she printed my slip to sign and went to check on my food and it was never started. So I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make it.
Horrible customer service. I order online from this location pretty often, I would say 1 out of 3 times they get my ordered actually correct. The ONE time I call in to complain to get my money back because they served me something I did NOT order, they said there was nothing they could do. Fast forward to 2 hours, I have a manager calling my phone stating, “if you bring back the pizza you can get a refund.” It’s a simple online order, if you cannot follow directions you shouldn’t be in the restaurant business.
Beware. Place has gone down. Received DRY, left over cheese sticks and bad customer service…. unprofessional “general manager” “Horjany” refused to refund my money. Some places not the same since COVID.
