The kid behind the counter was very rude and had no people skills I felt like I was in Jersey only the sandwich could never compare their sandwiches are barely a step above subway

Horribly slow service, I love the taste and flavor of Jersey Mikes but will skip this location in the future.
I placed an order at this location and had it DoorDash to me. Sandwich were made wrong and sandwich were missing. Manager on duty was not helpful at all. First and last time I will order here. I had to go back to pick up my order after I paid to have it delivered
My husband & I order from this Mike's location all the time. Quality of food is always good. Rating is based on service! I place an on-line order and says my order will be ready at (for example 1pm). My husband walks in just as some other people do. He's first at the counter and states our order number, they say "coming right up". First... why is it coming right up if he's there at 1pm, why isn't it there? Also, since he is first in line, why not make our sandwiches first? NOPE... they push him aside and attend to everyone that walks after.. Cleary, if you're ordering on-line that is a sign to them that you are bottom of the list. Not that my husband was there before the other 5 people that walked in and got their order as he watched them check out the menu, make their decision and have their sandwiches made while he's still waiting. When everyone was out of the store, they prepared his order at 1:25pm. So if you order from here, walk-ins are FIRST and your order time means nothing if you order on-line.
A great variety of fresh sandwiches. My favorite is the Italian.
Horrible service! I was there with no one in line and no one would bothered to ask for my order!
No hand washing going on there and I notice the person collecting the money didn't change his gloves before jumping in to make a sandwich. Another came from the back with gloves on and started serving. Counters could use some cleaning in between.
I came in a few months back and the young ladies that were helping didn't seem too interested in customer services. There demeanor was uninviting and at the end of making my sandwich while they were trying to wrap the bread the top bread fell on the floor still in some of the wrapper and instead of getting a new top bread they just kept making it and hoped I didn't see. Not really what I have experienced in the past with Jersey Mikes. Gave 3 stars because I did like the sandwich.
