Used to be our go to place and now it is no longer our go to place. It was starting to go downhill, food wise, for the last 6 months, and now it's nearly impossible to eat there. Hubby had a steak melt that came on greasy, overcooked bread. I ordered a cheese omelet, forgetting to say American cheese, & they usually ask what kind of cheese, but didn't this time & they used cheddar cheese, & too much of it, I had to scrape it off & out. Couldn't taste the eggs, at all. The grits were absolutely tasteless, even after tons of salt. Couldn't eat it. Left so disappointed!! We won't be back!! Staff was very friendly, but just can't spend money to waste.
IHOP is one of my favorite places to eat. We have come to this location several times and have had to wait very long times either they are understaffed for cooks or servers. We have understood that scenario patiently. However today hostess complained about here we go again when a crowd was walking up. She stated that there are only three servers today. She sat two separate families after us. As the hostess sat the families down she stated that she not serving “she doesn’t do weekend” as last weekend she had an anxiety attack. I can understand her feelings but in a serving business you can’t be speaking like that. We sat 10 minutes our server Lisa attended to the other families who sat after us and yelled across the tables she will be right with us. It’s so disappointing that your servers/hostess are your first set of eyes, contact and conversation and the representation of your business depends on their personable character. This is why if you ask me this location is not doing so well. It should be uplifting and inviting.
One waitress but amazing at her job. The name on the receipt was Kim and she had red hair and glasses. So sweet, checked in constantly, no complaints. Food was quick and hot and accurate.
Seriously don't go here they have legitimately one good server. The food was cold and order was completely wrong when you speak to a manager they don't even care. I highly suggest going anywhere besides here. I normally eat here a couple times a week for breakfast but they have officially lost my business.
This wasn't a good day for Brandon IHop. Wait time terrible! Sitting time was terrible! Me daughter had our taste buds set on sirloin tip breakfast was not cooked to our order, my daughter finding something in her plate you don't want to eat. I didn't finish my plate because of the texture wasn't what I ordered so no our experience was terrible. Might I say this was my very first time eating at this one. So sad I couldn't finish my breakfast. They were a lot under staff.
Food was good and the waitress was nice but the hostess was a mess. She was running around and could care less for people standing in line waiting at entranceway to let us know if we were going to be seated or have to wait. Empty tables all over but she was bringing food to tables that had waitresses, etc. I won’t go back to that IHOP I’ll go to a different one. Poorest hostess I ever seen.
This particular IHOP is always on point. The food is great and the service is excellent. Mykel is AMAZING and always gives 150%. Can’t wait for the next visit. Keep up the great work. Shoutout to Jazzy as well!
Once again the best server Inga. We waited 30 minutes just to have her as our server. Food was good also had the strawberry ? banana ? ? with ? and home fries with a great glass of ?. Thank you once again Inga made our day. Best server ever on 192 and John Young Parkway ?
Our server went above and beyond tonight! My daughter left her retainers rolled in a napkin on the table. Hours after leaving the restaurant, my daughter realized her mistake. We called and spoke to our server, explaining how much those retainers meant. Our lovely server actually dug through trash cans and bags to find them. She even rinsed them off and and told us she would have them ready for pick up. We are extremely grateful and super thankful for all her efforts. Truly an amazing person. Our dinner earlier that evening was great and she was perfect, but after all her additional help I want to give make sure to give her a shout out and let everyone know what a great place this is to visit.
Nice waitress, but my daughter ordered the spicy beef bowl, but it came as a burrito and all they did was go back take the tortilla wrap of and dump it in a bowl, no rice. What a joke....
