I went to get a cup of coffee at 4:15 because they are supposed to open at 4:00, but today they decided to open at 5:00 because they had two employees working. There were no other customers in sight. I waited at the drive-thru with no communication; I went to the door and was ignored for five minutes. Finally an employee came to the locked door and said, “ we are opening at 5:00 today; come back then”. I’m not going back.
I just went to this Dunkin that I always go, n the lady of the Night Shift is so pleasant and courteous !! All employees r ☺️☺️
Drive thru was busy, went inside for 3 bags of ground coffees. Long wait time focus was on drive thru.
I come to this dunkin everyday and I mean EVERYDAY. The staff here is awesome and always so polite. My order is always correct and so good, I wish I knew everyone’s names specifically but I always come to this dunkin location and have never had a bad experience
The customer service is horrible, they never have donuts to choose from. Today I got a dozen donuts and 3 coffees the coffee was old tasted horrible I wanted to go back and tell them but I had somewhere to be so I couldn’t drink my coffee

I wrote a review from my account and this is my wife's account and I cannot stress enough how fantastic this Dunkin location is. The staff here is unbelievable. This location runs circles around the others with customer service. The manager's Cristal and Sabrina are so kind and so caring towards me and my family every time I'm in there. I've named dropped several others in my other review but these two need recognition as well! Happy New Year guys.
I think Dunkin is known for their drive thru and ordering on the app more than anything. Staff is friendly, just takes a while to get service when you walk in and order like the good ol days...lol
I have been to many Dunkins in my travels and this is by far the best run, cleanest, and most efficient.
