The worst place I’ve ever went to. Service is the worst, disgusting product presentation (dirty coffee cups) , avocado toast boxes oily, bagel’s minis with a greasy bag. I asked for a bag but they said since the order comes in a box a bag is not needed. 2 hot coffees with no cup holder. I was charged for a hot and an Iced coffee. Waiting time to take my order about 3 minutes, no glaze donuts, no chocolate croissants, waiting time to receive my order at the window about 15 minutes. I decided to cancel my order and they said that the manager wasn’t there so I had to come back tomorrow to get the refund.Time of the receipt: 5:54pm - store 354727 - managers or owners should check on the cameras so you can realize the type of service those employees are giving everyone.I just asked the employee: Antonio is the name of the cashier on my receipt; do you think this is a presentation and service from Dunkin’ Donuts? He just answer NO……. ??
I usually don't share reviews but couldn't ignore this one. I wanted to drive through for an order of coffee and croissants. The guy who was taking order had a good laugh on my asian accent..or on just my tone of placing order. I got so mad , had to skip the whole ordering and drive away without food. I wouldn't recommed this store to anyone....Pls forgive me if i hurt anyone's feelings...
My co-worker and I order from this location all the time and I will say today was some of the best service I've received in a long time. Lately I've been very disappointed with the service at drive thrus however, both of the young ladies that served me today were absolutely amazing even with the amount of people waiting to be served. Thank you for the wonderful service!
Too slow to take my order. I ordered four different items and they didnt have any available. I believe you need more staff dunkin and more stock available. This is not the first time you guys run out of things.
I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER ONLY TO GET THERE AND BE TOLD THAT THEY CANT HELP ME WITH MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE HOT OR COLD DRINKS AND CANT SERVE MUFFINS CAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW.SO WHY WERE THESE 2 EMPLOYEE'S EVEN OPENING THE STORE IF THEY DONT KNOW OR CANT DO THERE JOB MAKES 0 SENSE THIS DD NEEDS TO BE PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN AND OUTTA MY NEIGHBORHOOD.
friday night very cold only one employee attending the drive tru counter and preparing with a terrible attitude I ask him twice if he has hot chocolate with crem and he only answered what size I came out very upset ? why he never gave me what I ordered uhg I didn't have donuts either
My order is ALWAYS messed up or missing items every time I order through DoorDash with this store. And I order multiple times a week to my work it’s very frustrating.
If corporate reads these at all please know that this location needs a visit or to be monitored or given a completely new staff. The current staff is charging patrons for extra items they did not order and has disconnected their phone. I not only received and was charged for items I never asked for or ordered but the items I did order I received the wrong temperature drink, the wrong milk which I am lactose intolerant and a chicken sandwich without the chicken. I was also not given a receipt. I am unable to contact about a refund because their phone line is completely cut off so I have to dispute the issue with my bank. If you are miserable at your job there are plenty of other places hiring. Go there.
Good store with standard menu.
I pulled up to order and they had waiting for 5 min with no answer and I was the ONLY customer in line. After no response I pulled up to the window to see what was going on and was told to go back around because he can’t take my order at the window. This location has always gave me issues and I honestly feel like they make people wait in hopes that they don’t have to make a drink. Terrible service, this is the first time I have ever taken the time out of my day to write a review.
