Went there Saturday morning after work, walked up to the register and some older women started off being rude.I told her 1 dozen donuts. Her words were, you have to pay first . Before one of us gets your order, then she tells me if I want her to get my order,she picks out the donuts, now the young lady will get what you want.I asked her why can't you get what I want.She tells me this is how it work.I haven't been there in awhile and won't go back.I hope the older women isn't the manager.The young lady who got my order was great.Sad service
The service was great. I gave it three stars because there was only one cashier. The cashier was getting orders ready for drive thru and walk in. She worked very hard but still doesn't make up for the fact that she needed an extra person. I was only the second person in line but it took her over 20 min to actually get to me because she was fulfilling orders for both sides. So good job dunkin donuts worker. Bad job management. Also I haven't been to dunkin' donuts/baskin robbins in a while but 3+ dollars for ice cream...ridiculous! Now I get to choose between gas or ice cream.
The girl at the register was super sweet but the manager there was screaming at the poor staff while we were waiting for our food. I’m a manager as well I would never speak to another person like that. You could tell they were stressed. My sister and brother both work at dunkin (thankfully not this location) and they said he’s super rude all of the time.
If you’re wanting a bagel from this DD location you shouldn’t bother. I normally get so much cream cheese but at this location I got none. I could only eat one half. It quite literally looked as if someone took a knife, swiped the last bit of cream cheese in the container & then made my bagel. This location isn’t the best - very slow drive through. The customer service isn’t bad but the service needs some re working.
11:12 am March 7 2021when asked if wed like to order anything else, "yes just give me a moment please" and then we were told our total for at the window. that was confusing. then, after ordering one more item, we were told our total would be at the window now.... then, it was considerably more than we expected so we changed the size of the 2nd drink. not going to say how long it took to recieve our change, because it was correct change, unlike our last visit.... (counting change is elementary, come on now people....) the kicker was, when i asked if my PREGNANT wives coffee was decaf, as was ordered, we were told "i dont know, i didnt make it, probably" just like that. very confused with the service. i hope it was just an off day. we however will not be returning to this location again.
today we went through drive through, ordered 2 items, had to repeat the first item twice before she got it right, repeated the 2nd item 3 times before it was 'supposedly' correct, but then repeated the 1st item again as well. There was no problem noted from either party. Got to the window and they had someone else's order at the window, but went ahead and deducted the price of the wrong order ANYWAY from the gift card presented. Then no one knew what are order was and they wanted me to tell them again what we ordered. In frustration I simply asked her to put the money back on the gift card. She asked someone how-to and someone hollered that it cant be done. So then they closed the window on me without any apology or offer to resolve the issue, so I knocked on the window. Some guy then came to the window and again I was asked what I ordered. I told them that I already had to repeat my order multiple times and I just want my money back. The guy was not offering to do so, instead he was only making a show for the people inside the windows telling me that he was there trying to take care of me and still was trying to figure out what I ordered - I raised my voice and again said to give me my money, because now that was all he could help me with. It was not coming to me so I informed them I was calling the police because they we stealing my money and this guy then announces that I was only hurting myself for destruction of property (to everyone inside - and for knocking on the window?) When I asked for the address, a smart-a** girt inside told me I can google it. Eventually he gave me my money back and I left. Their transaction with this customer started out very POOR on their side at the order, then THEY made it worse, then when I asked for mu money back after not receiving any product, they made it worse still! this store will not get my business anymore and any one I can inform I am going to tell them this place of business has no concept of what good customer service is and their apparent 'management' has no clue either (which explains why no customer service is happening in the first place.)
Soon as we walked in 3 employees turned their backs with no greating. We stood there for 6 minutes still no contact so my husband said hello can someone make my wife a coffee. A young lady came to the register with an attitude rudely asked what drink I wanted, I asked for the $2.0 ice latte they had a big banner hanging outside for, she informed me they could not honor that banner and rang it up for a little over $4.0 when I asked her why it would be that much she rudely asked did I want it or not. My husband got upset and said you know what no we don't want it. Y'all are rude, the store was not very clean and the guest service was horrible. I have worked for dunkin donuts sense 1998 and have never walked out of any location from Florida to Texas so angry without buying anything
I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts on Causeway near Kings in Brandon, FL this morning and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Both employees, a lady and a gentleman who helped me at the drive through window were pleasant and upbeat and helped set the tone for a really positive day. I just stopped for a coffee and doughnut on the way in for my morning meeting and they made me feel so good it's made the rest of the day more positive. Thank you, guys!
Four of us stopped to get an ice cream cone. Don't know if they were training a new employee or what but service was slow, and there was only one other customer who was at the DD end. Employee didn't seem interested in waiting on us, didn't know how to get in the case for a waffle cone, then after I told them the ice cream name and even pointed to the flavor they still scooped up the wrong ice cream.
Their snackin bacon was good as was their new omelet item, got the bacon and cheese ones. However had to go to the 2nd window and my food was already there but prior person did not give it to me, waited 3 minutes for another person to get it off the counter and hand it to me. Such a shame about being short staffed.
