Inconsistent service.You never know what to expect at this location. I have waited up 20 minutes for coffee. Other times , the order is wrong. Customer service is lukewarm at best. You always feel they can't wait for you to leave. The location is just badly run.
I LOVE Dunkin coffee but try to stay away from this specific DD if possible. *Every* time I have been there the last 3 times, they have gotten our order wrong and it takes too much time to "fix" it. 2 of the 3 occasions, they still got it wrong the second time around. I haven't had this experience at DD on 60 valrico or lumsden or Bloomingdale or pretty much any other DD. I am going to learn my lesson eventually!
2 stars this time coffee was weak water down and way too much cream. For as much as I paid, the coffee should be brewed right. Then they gave me the wrong doughnut. Oh well not worth fighting over maybe next time they'll get it right. Considering I hardly go to this DD anymore.
For this simple order we wait more than 18 minutes to receive it and 20 minutes to order it. They are very slow and disorganized. There were employees outside smoking and another sweeping and mopping the floor when it wasn't dirty. Bad service is unacceptable.
The bathrooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. The main seating area was very clean as well and kept very neatly. This is a pleasant surprise having visited many Dunkin’ Donuts across Central Florida, this is by far the best one that I have visited

Brandon definitely runs on Dunkin! I just had to talk with one of the Managers, Rosa, because of a problem I had at a different store with an employee and the the service that was not being provided.... Rosa not only listened to what the problem was, but offered to correct it as well! I have been going to Dunkin Donuts almost everyday, at least once a day for coffee, and have never had such a horrible experience as I did with Kizzi at the Dunkin on Lumsden, but I definitely know that is not how Dunkin usually does business! Thank you Rosa, for looking out for you customers in Brandon and your company!
The morning shift is absolutely the best! I love my coffee makers Keisha and Rosa. They always have my coffee on point. Thank you ladies and all your staff!!!!
The evening staff is super rude and basically shoved us out the doors saying they will only accept drive thru even though we were already inside. Why wouldn't they have just locked the door ahead of time. We then attempted to go through the drivethru and nobody helped us. This location is always so un organized and RUDE!!!!
Bought a latte today with spleanda and they gave to me with caramel. I cannot have sugar, after I stated feeling bad I looked at the label on the cup and it said caramel. Too bad, this can messed up people health.
