If my last order was wrong and you gave me a free pizza to make it up to me, why am I paying fir the pizza I ordered that was wrong last time?! The free pizza from your perspective should be a lesser priced item. Why?!?That’s the review. When you make a mistake, and hou resolve to make it better then do so and replace the item in question.
I made an order at 6.39 it’s now 8:20 and my order is not here yet. I have two friends and we ordered this together one of my friends already left. When I called it said quality check by the time I was talking to someone it switched to delivery. The person I was talking to on the phone said the order will be at my house in 2 to 5 minutes. Again as I’m on the phone the app updated and it said that the driver is 24 minutes away. The only thing the person on the phone offered me was they can cancel my order and have the order skip my house. I’m just really frustrated! A client shouldn’t pay for a company’s staffing miss management.
Just moved to Seffner from new tampa where our orders always came super quick. Ordered 2 pizzas & wings for my daughter and her friends at 9:17. Pizza was delivered at 10:31. On the tracker it said that they did a quality check at 9:41. It took another 50 minutes to be delivered. This is an order that would normally take 30 minutes tops at our old dominos.
One of their drivers came and rang my doorbell at 11:15 p.m. and woke up my infant daughter. I did not order a pizza from them, and my doorbell is clearly marked to not ring after 8:30. I inform the driver that he had the wrong house. He walked across to my neighbor's and delivered the pizza to them but then on his way out blared his horn. Very rude and unprofessional.
There is either something wrong with the pizza or the delivery takes over 80 minutes.You have to be kidding me!Undercooked and no way to get a refund unless the manager is not there, so you have to call the following morning.
Domino's have been our go-to location for pizza for years. The food was always fresh, orders correct, delivery fast and good prices. As of the last three deliveries, unfortunately the service and quality of the food has gone down. We've had our order delivered to the wrong house, the incorrect food brought, well over-done thin crust (burnt edges), and replacement of items on the order because they ran out instead of calling us and asking if that's okay. It's unfortunate and I hope they correct these issues or get new staff.
The manager at this place is extremely rude. Their website shows a discount when ordering multiple items. They do not honor their websites marketing. When choose this location's website its the first thing that pops up. It allows you to order through this coupon but at check out it reflects a different price. If you arent doing a deal then you shouldnt advertise it. The manager was very rude when we called. I will contact the corporate office.

We decided to order again, they remember the incident but refused to give us the drink, "it's not on the pc" she said. Asked for the manager and apparently she was manager she said. So the entire order was our last and wouldn't recommend this store.

I love the pan dish pizza, they definitely took Pizza Huts recipe ? Good every time.
