I used the app to order my pizza with points, put in my correct address. Got a call from one store who said im outside their area and told me to calm the w brandon location. I asked about the points redemption and they said it'd be fine when they cancel the order. Called the w brandon location and they told me there's nothing they can do, ignored when I asked for manager assistance and told me essential tough s**t. Zero customer service or care. Guess that's fast food for you
I love dominos but this particular store… not so much. We always order the 6.99 deal with a cheese pizza & marinara dip bread twists. It arrives wrong more often than not.I’ve tried to just get the credit for the dip& twists but if you get a credit you can’t use it on the 6.99 deal anymore, and your ONE medium pizza will end up coming out to the same cost on its own that it would’ve been with the 2 items with the deal. Makes no sense.Therefore I always have them run back my order, given they mess up 9 times outta 10 and the credit system ends up making you pay the same amount it would’ve to begin with , had you not had the credit.This time we ordered and it sat it quality check for over 30 minutes, it arrived cold (right order tho, congrats).We ate some of the pizza, we were sick all night and all morning. They definitely know me when my order comes in because they have to run it back so often from messing it up sooooo, speculation, but these mfs did something to our food. xD
I don’t get pizza very often, but Domino’s is one of my favorite places to order it from. There are good offers in the app, and the pizza I’ve received has always been delicious.I’ve seen other reviews about pizza being delivered late, but my experience has been that on the 2 occasions (over many years) I can recall when that occurred with me, they were aware of the problem, and the pizza arrived fresh and with a voucher for free food. Several times over the years, my order arrived with extra bonus food items for free.Yesterday, I ordered the Pacific Veggie pizza with thin crust, which I don’t think I had tried before, and it arrived on time, and was fresh and chock with delicious vegetables.
The order was made and delivered quickly. Their vehicle needs a stabilizer or a cargo net to keep it from getting tossed around.
The worst service ever, placed an order and and took over 2 hours for delivery. Was never notified of them being short staffed or that there would be longer wait times. That would have been the courteous thing to do instead of being greedy for money and knowing you don’t have the employees to service customers in a timely manner. Cancelled the order after waiting . Ridiculous
Horrible service. Employees need customer service training. No one ever brought curbside order out I had to go get it and it was cold. No apology offered. No manager available to discuss it. This is not first time having issue with this location
Was decent run of the mill dominos. After messing up my meal twice in a row, (once it was a pizza clearly tilted and everything slid off, the other an entirely wrong pizza.) Bafter about 8 months I just tried ordering and they wont deliver to me. I live a block away.
Normally I don't write reviews but this time I believe it's deserved. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread for delivery. Received my order and sadly it was wrong. (Ordered no Garlic Butter on both pizzas) No problem people make mistakes, called the restaurant they offered store credit, I declined and asked for just one of the pizzas to be remade so I could eat dinner. It was no problem and a new pizza was delivered. I appreciate you guys making it right and as always #TeamDominos!
We order dominos a lot. We typically order if its just my husband and I, thin crust white sauce pizza with chicken and a veggie. We do a alfredo or carbonara with chicken. We recently tried the marinara and cheese dip 1st was AMAZING. 2nd order waaaay too garlicky. The first time i imagined eating a keto friendly "pasta" ? i cant eat pasta so i can pretendWe love earning points towards our free pizzas. Cheap & good + great delivery!
So apparently when you call the store number and press "1", it takes you a call center not associated with the store and the store just gets a ticket with the purchased order, so they are unaware of how the call was made. With that being said, part of my order didn't arrive, after speaking with the manager ASHLEY!! she was professional, compassionate & understanding! She recreated our order to perfection, delivered HOT w / extras for the kids, free of CHARGE!Thanks again, ASHLEY!!
