Was very disappointed in the quality of there food sat down and when food was delivered it was warm not hot fries were OK but burgers were dry and burnt Was very hungry so I didn't complain. Chicken was very dry . Not like chickfala. Also I've been going to the bathroom with the runs for 2 days. Sorry but I was dissatisfied
This company has no side items that I like, but since I work nearby, I’ve tried their burgers, chicken, fish and salads. The main courses are always good quality. The salads are very fresh and made with spring greens and grilled chicken. The people are always eager to please and friendly and the place looks nice and seems clean. Now, if we could just work on those fries…
Stopped in ro grab a quick place. Burgers are fantastic! They also have a kids meal. They serve shrimp and fish sandwiches! I had the 10 piece shrimp meal and I must say I was surprised because of the freshness! Definitely worth stopping in for a great low priced meal!!!
So I decided to walk here for lunch, seeing it's only 0.6 mile from my starting point. By the time I got there, I had quite an appetite. So I decided to dine in. And the experience was awesome, all around. They always keep two cashier's posted so the lines go by quicker than usual. That was the first thing I noticed. Then I noticed they had Real table service, not do everything at a kiosk and find a seat service. The server was very nice and prompt. I ordered chicken tender and boy, I immediately wished I ordered the two piece instead of the four piece. Those tenders are quite large. It's easy to get satisfied at culver's. And that's a good thing when you opt for a sit down meal. The cheese curds are absolute *chef's kiss* delicious ?! And I tried the pretzel nuggets for the first time... Let's just say I took a second order of them to go. They have a very wide selection of refreshing dairy desserts, which is perfect for hot summer- like days. Overall Opinion: GO TO CULVERS. NOW.????
We are weekly patrons at this location and we regularly have excellent service from the friendly staff. The food is consistently good. The Cod is especially crispy and flaky and I find I measure other restaurants by their standard. The kids ice cream is always a big winner too!
Culver's food is way better than expected. Fresh fish and chips. Excellent service and friendly staff
Hamburgers were definitely not what I expected. I heard butter burgers so I thought juicy burgers instead I got a burger that was flatter than steak and shake's and drier than the desert sand. The pot roast wasn't too bad. But not worth the $30 I spent on the food.
This place was okay, but weird. Fries were hot like and seasoned. Hamburger was dry and flavorless. I had the mushroom Swiss burger. Cashier looked beyond me to help some one else and continued to "help" her after 2 managers got involved. She was trying to give an employee a compliment and they couldn't figure out who had been on the register less than an hour ago. Cashier wore a mask below his nose. What's the point? Anyway it was just okay.
Culvers is great. My wife is from Wisconsin and told me about this place when it opened. Love the Bacon Butter Burger baskets. Plus I havent found anywhere else that still does great chocolate malts!!
I was excited to learn that there was a location open when I got off at 11 p.m.. arrived at about 11:10 placed my order and pulled around to wait for my order to be brought out. As I waited I observed a few young men entering the building and one went back to retrieve something from the car. I asked if he could bring the extra drink that they forgot to give me and he replied: “Oh I don’t work here” And then entered the restaurant. After waiting 23 minutes I called the restaurant to inquire about the long wait and was told by a laughing crew member oh I’ll bring your food right out and she did. I knew at that point it was probably not going to be fresh. The food was terrible. Waited almost an half hour, there weren’t any customers after me, to receive food that had clearly been sitting around because as they laughed and played with their visitors my food sat there.I called the store the next day and explained the ordeal to the “manager on duty”. He placed me on hold came back and said the owner will mail you some coupons. Wow! This is not how Culver’s does business. Not sure what Is happening at this location but they are giving the others a bad rep!!! I had the pleasure of living in Platteville, WI and experiencing exceptional service as well as food from what very well May have been the original Culver’s Restaurant. This restaurant on Brandon Blvd clearly does not operate but the same standards. Too bad!
