Crafty crab was so delicious I really enjoyed my meal we eat here again ?

I ordered the blue crab special today and I’m very upset, my crabs was hollow and had no meat inside of them, I specifically asked the young lady to make sure that my crabs had meat in them and she said she would because I’m a valuable customer, well the three small crabs that I received had no meat in them so I called and called and decided to go back to the restaurant because I want a refund or some more crabs. It’s ridiculous for you all to increase the price and not fulfill the order properly. I want a manager to contact me ASAP This is the 3rd tone that this has happened to me and I’m pissed. Please bring the old manager back I know that he took a job at the wing place but when he was the manager I was always a satisfied customer. This is by far the worst crafty crab that I have ever experienced.
I absolutely love seafood and this restaurant took seafood to another level! Delicious ! Customer service was excellent! We have something similar in my city but don’t understand that you can’t cheat on the seasoning. Crafty crab seasoning was so good and to top it off the steam bag had noodles in it!!! I wish we had one in Augusta!!
We come here at least once a month. We always order the shrimp. We have never been disappointed. The service is quick and tasty. Family friendly. Nice bar area to.
The food is amazing. This is my new weekend spot!!! Drinks are good and strong. Dj Saturday night.. I ordered the snow crab special it was so much food and well seasoned butter garlic and lemon pepper is BOMB. My server was Jessica’s service was amazing and it came with a beautiful smile. Definitely bringing friends next weekend ?
Fantastic place for the seafood bowl. Pricing is reasonable (no hidden fees), discount for veterans and/or active duty (must show some type of ID card whether it's a retired ID, active duty ID or VA medical card). The service received was wonderful and the server was out of this world ????. A lot of other servers should have her qualities.
If you haven't tried crafty crab yet, you're missing out! I took my family there Saturday night and we had an amazing time. We were greeted and sat promptly, the server was quick to our table and our appetizers and drinks were brought out quickly, might I add the steamed and raw oysters were to die for. We ordered king , snow and blue crab with headless shrimp.. so fresh and the best seasoned I've had EVER.. If you want great service, drinks and freshest seafood this is the place to be! There was also a DJ on this night and he was really good and played music for everyone! My new favorite place to eat!
The flavor is out of this world! The boom! I ordered a daily special. And the portions were huge! Everything tasted fresh and seasoned well. The staff was friendly and very attentive.
You got to do the booming sauce! They have delicious boilbags and crab cakes. Our server was very nice and atmosphere was great. Really good experience my first time thank you.
