Found a long piece of hair in my ice cream. To make matters worse, this is not the first review of this situation happening. Zach the “team lead” didn’t care at all when I brought it to his attention. When you walk in none of the females have hair nets, just ponytails hanging…disgustingOwner states they take precautions, but apparently the current procedures are working.Avoid this place so you don’t have to take the risk. Clearly, they don’t care about sanitation of the food there serving. This place should be investigated
At first I was very upset and was not giving the right waffle cone or the right amount of ice cream but the manager came through for me replaced my order, made me feel dignified and happy that I spent my money at this place. Whoever was the manager at this time and date you go girl thank you for correcting your employees mistake and not making me feel like I was wrong for bringing it to your attention. I will be back to spend more money here.
To begin, I am a frequent visitor of coldstone creameries, some are not as quality as others for sure. This coldstone is one of the good ones, If in the Brandon area I highly recommend it. While it can be busy at some times, the wait is never long and the quality of service is great. I have never been skimped on toppings or poor mixing at this location. Even when they have staff turnover, the quality has remained the same. I highly recommend this location.
Was visiting the area and was craving a milkshake. They did not allow samples which caught me by surprise. Since the Cold Stone in my area does allow samples. The service was ok.
Horrible customer service. Will not accommodate anything even though we are still very well in a pandemic. “Manager” Bekah has an absolutely horrible attitude, needs to work on customer service. Spend your money on a company that cares, not this one!

I like the batter flavors of ice cream. Having mix ins makes it interesting. This is fairly expensive ice cream so I don't have it often.
This location moved very swiftly to complete orders. The store is clean and still have the social distancing markers on the floor which is super cool. The ice cream is ALWAYS a delight ? and the customer service was smiles laced with accommodating tones...LOVED IT!!!!!??
I was seated in a backroom and i was very uncomfortable and upset with this seating we were close off from everyone with doors.It's funny how latin people don't think they are black because they have a lighter complextion.However my friend that was with me ask for us to move and with some hesitation we where moved. Needless to say my daughter and I will never visit again. If you do not have a phone to take pictures of th Qr code our waiter say there is no menu to look at. We were moved we some fight. I'll never visit again.Not a place for African Anerican people of color.
I love that I'm from pgh and love coldstone and was able to take my children to get it in Florida....when it comes to Coldstone it's a gotta have it for me ..
