Quality caring Staff Joe the GM was very courteous, and so were all the ladies who looked after us, was very pleasant experience and A Wonderful Birthday party for my Josie!

I am beyond disappointed in the staff at this location. My daughter had her birthday party there yesterday. Not only did the party host Alex not communicate on what the schedule would be, they did not have Chuck E. Cheese sing happy birthday to my daughter. They had another girl for her party and only sang her happy birthday. After communicating my disappointment the staff members argued with us and then made the party a huge disappointment for my daughter. She didn’t even get to open her presents and then on top of it all made us leave. They made my daughters entire party leave. They made a lot of little kids sad yesterday. Its concerning that they have no compassion for these kids and cannot take ownership of their own mess up. They were supposed to give my daughter extra points/tickets for prizes, giving her over 2000 and they only gave her 91! We will never be going to Chuck E Cheese. They ruined my daughters party on so many different levels.
Expensive and pizza is not good.
I had the best time at this location the staff was so amazing and pleasant :). Booked a birthday party online and loved how clean and how everyone made sure I had everything I needed . also helped me with picking out my area the day before that would accommodate the space I needed for my decorations . Joe and the party coordinators ?? you guys Rock ?????You all went above and beyond for us and we thank you . great place and so was the entire staff :) my daughters party was perfect thank you guys so much for your kindness and understanding of my needs for this day . 5 stars highly recommended .. you guys are great ?????? my party was April 30 in case you wanted to know who I am :)) thanks again guys will be back for sure
Always a great time, best pastime for kids!And way much friendlier staff than before.This place has gotten way better with more additions in the gaming section and a total revamp of there interior at this pace they'll definitely keep up with Dave and Busters if not surpass them!! Great Job keep up the good work and take over more spots and add MORE games or even maybe a 3D ride!!??...
I have taken my twins to Chuck E Cheese for their last 2 birthday parties and we love it. Amazing service and every thing is on an amazing schedule. Also now using their app to get points we will be returning soon
All the staff are really nice and the guy came and Took photos with my son and all the kids I didn’t even have to ask it was pretty cool I had one problem at the end with a double charge but I went up there and they were really nice and took care of it on the spot I showed her my online banking Even though they told me it was a corporation Error not there’s we cleared everything up so it wasn’t even a hiccup to my party It was great and all the kids were tired at the end my son had a good time that’s what mattered
Food nasty…. Chicken was hard and cold like it was left over chicken they cooked the day before n just heated it up and threw hot wing sauce on it!
My family and I came to this location on February 26, 2022 to celebrate my niece’s 6th birthday. This Chuck E. Cheese was a lot larger than most others that I’ve been to. There was plenty of fun games and little rides. All the kids had a blast when Chuck E. Cheese made his appearance to sing and dance. The food and drinks were pretty tasty. The best part, in my opinion, is how clean it was. 10/10 would recommend! ?
