How do you manage to keep shrinking your portion sizes? Like, I know that asking for double meat at Chipotle is a meme at this point. But this is just absurd.How is this double meat? I feel like everyone should just start weighting their Chipotle orders as a means of calling y'all out.And don't come back with portion control nonsense. A single portion sizes of meat is supposed to be 8oz. These were around 8oz total, with the rice, beans, cheese, and the bowl itself.
Every time I order for delivery they do what they want. My order was a salad with beans, rice, salsa, sour cream, fajita veggies, cheese oh and dressing. This is what I was sent. Unacceptable.
I understand its a busy place but always messing up. Like really . ok I had three orders and two of them were right but the 3rd come one not even the lettuce review just because is not the first time this happened and thanks for the two utensils..
I placed an order online last night. Right as I’m going in the door, there’s this sign. I ordered a quesadilla with brown rice, black beans, and corn. According to the sign, they are out of black beans and brown rice. How would I have known that this Chipotle would be out of those things if I placed my order through the app? I would have placed my order elsewhere. Very disappointing.
Stay far away from this chipotle. If you do order take out CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They never give the proper side we order. If you dine in expect ice to be out, napkins out, hot sauce out, lines out the door, and garbages over flowing. Go to Loritas instead.
Great food however with New Management they're skimming on portions and charging full price. Scooping out portions out of a cup. Regardless if there's any chicken in there or not whatever they go out of that cup is what they're putting into the bowls and it's barely enough meat for a high school student. It's okay to skim on the meat however lower your prices because you're cheating people.
Worst location by far. Coming from the East Coast and visiting many Chipotle restaurants all over. They are consistent though! You can always count on a long wait because they can’t coordinate and move slow. Lines wrapped around the restaurant while people stand there watching the entire crew prepare online orders. The Food is always sub par IF they have half the ingredients you wanted in your food.
STILL in line. If we had not invested so much time already, we would leave. Manager needs to allocate workers better. We have had a LOT of time to watch. Sometimes three are standing off to the left side doing who-knows-what and talking, while one guy fills orders. Speaking of, call-in orders obviously have precedence over all of us standing here for over a half-hour. You can see the guy - and an occasional additional helper or two - looking at and filling written orders, while the line of customers stops and stands and stands. I am with foreign guests, who don't really know exact what they want. If we had known what they wanted, it would have been FAR, FAR better to have called in our order. Very, very poorly run operation. (And I used to work in a semi-fast food business.) I don't blame the front-line workers. I blame management.
TERRIBLE! We have been going to this chipotle location for a very long time, it seems they have changed the management. They are always low on something. Additionally, they started charging on the side items such as sour cream. We don't like sour cream on our bowl and always get it on the side. But no...they charged us additional charge and said it has to be a side item charge. That's never happened before so it was definitely frustrating.This Chipotle location doesn't even deserve the one star rating. Worst experience ever. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!
I wish I could give ZERO stars! We ordered from this Chipotle on Uber Eats and it arrived a few minutes early.... the ONLY thing that was remotely close to being “good” about this meal. 4 out of 4 meals were WRONG. Including no fajita veggies on ANY of them... all 4 had ordered them, beans on the one that was supposed to have NO beans (bean ALLERGY), and PORK on one that was supposed to be chicken (pork ALLERGY)! My husband took the food back to the store (after paying for delivery) and was told they would NOT fix the steak meals because they were out of the missing ingredients (so by the time they got to eat their meals they had been delivered, returned, and then brought back... Stone cold and limp), but would redo the others. PROBLEM.... when they redid the two chicken meals they were apparently now out of fajita veggies, guacamole, tomato salsa, AND corn salsa! $10 a piece for a cardboard bowl of white rice, black beans, cheese, about 10 small pieces of lettuce, and sour cream! And we were told we could NOT have a refund.... try to get one through the app you used. So much for “customer satisfaction”! This location could NOT care LESS about their customers! Proven by the fact they didn’t even care they put the food that was AVOIDED DUE TO ALLERGY on the exact meal that should NOT have it!Worst service and worst food we’ve EVER gotten from a Chipotle anywhere! The chicken bowls tasted like sour cream. I tried adding canned corn, salsa and tomatoes to mine and in the end decided the corn tasted better plain right out of the can than it did with the chicken bowl. Could NOT have been more disappointing if they had tried! Truly a ZERO STAR experience!
