This is the most ridiculous order I have ever received. I ordered from DoorDash and this is what I got. I can get more from a $1.99 burrito at Taco Bell. It feels like because I’m not there to say anything that whoever is making the food can make these horrible portions. Now if this is how Chipotle is going to serve they need to adjust their pricing for sure. Neither of these options the tiny burrito or half quesadilla is in no way worth the $12 they are charging. This was my favorite place to eat so it’s so disappointing!!

This is the worst Chipotle around. It is always filthy, not a single employee ever smiles, the lines are dirty slow, and mobile order pick up takes several hours to be ready. The estimated time for your order means exactly zero to the employees here. It is the closest to us so we come here occasionally but only when we have hours to kill. Corporate needs to take a hard look at this location, it makes the whole brand look bad.

This place is always out of ingredients and like an idiot, I still keep returning giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking they'll improve. I'm here, right this very moment and there's ( I counted) 26 people waiting in line and 2 slow young people working, one of the young guys is spending all of his time talking to females! I just can't anymore with this place! I'd give ZERO stars ? if it would allow me too! Just awful

I love Chipotle but something has to be done about the Bloomingdale Ave. location. I walked in and it was a nasty mess!!! The tables hadn't been cleaned off. There was food and dried stains on the tables. The floor hadn't been swept in a while. There was trash and food on the floor. I went to order and they had run out of onion and green peppers. The bottom of the pan was burnt. I asked if they had more coming out and was told the prep people didn't have enough time to cut more, so no. I went to get Ice Tea and the Tea was nothing but light colored water. There were no utensils! I told the so called supervisor about the Tea and utensils and he brought me 2 forks. I told him all the receptacles were empty. There were a few employees standing around watching me question the missing onions and green peppers instead of cleaning the tables and floor. Then I noticed they were waiting to clock out and then left. Leaving the restaurant a mess!! I had to use my own sanitizer to clean the table I sat at. Corporate and the Health Dept. needs to pay them a surprise visit.

I love eating at Chipotle! They usually do a great job of preparing the food. I would’ve given them a 5-star review but I must say the online ordering department takes quite some time to complete orders. I figured if I ordered online ahead of time I could spare some time of standing in line. Nope, I still had to wait more time as I watched people that were in line get their food before mine was even brought out to the online pick up rack. Ultimately, still a great food spot!

After working 12+ hrs, my son placed an order online to pick up on his way home from work for dinner and to have enough for leftovers for another long day tomorrow. He paid $16 for a double chicken and steak bowl with guacamole and there’s less meat than a regular bowl, no guacamole, and no corn salsa. Unreal!!

Only thing right in my order was black beans and white rice. Every time I use the app to order they skimp on the food BIG TIME. Waste of money.

Just witnessed a woman, pretty positive upper management, checking temperatures of the food, hair not tied back, no gloves, mask around her chin. If employees who are working around the food have masks and gloves and hair tied up, per health and safety standards, why is management exempt? Not to mention she was going in between food types and just cleaning off the thermometer with a paper towel she had balled up in her bare hand…rules are there for a reason.

Ordered online for pickup at 7:20. Order wasn't actually ready until 7:45. While waiting, I witnessed the most disorganized Chipotle I've seen by far. They simply didn't look equipped to handle the volume they were receiving. Not to mention, my burrito looked like a toddler tried to roll it up. Apparently this is the norm for this location based on comments from other customers. Will not be going back to this one.

It saddens me to write such a bad review for food I absolutely love. This is the worst location I have ever been to and it is the closest to my house. I just placed a pick up order to be ready at 1:40pm. It is now 2:28 and it is finally ready. Had I known it would take that long I wouldn't have ordered it. Delivery is never correct or it is cold. If you want to eat here your best bet is to go in and order it. They are frequently out of items such as rice though so be sure to look for signs before standing in the line. Not sure why this location seems to have so many issues.
