Waited 45 minutes, plenty of employees on the line but it still took forever, left with a burrito that was not worth the wait. My first & last time for Chocolate Mexican Grill!
Food was good, customer service needs a lot of work.
Love chipotle but this location struggles. I wait a long time (45 minutes) every time I come inside. If you have a pickup you will wait the same amount of time. Several times I’ve ordered a pickup and drive all the way home to open up my food and several or all ingredients are missing. Only once have I drove back to get these issues resolved and employees respond with “we ran out of the items” or “oh, ok.” Never have the employees bothered to notify me or reach out to let me know my order would have nothing on it but meat. Even when they personally hand me the order. Frustrating I’m also paying the full price of food for items I never even receive. I hope this location can get management to come in and flip this place around as customer service and food is not only struggling, but lacking.
Food is great. Good vegan options. Rice, sofritas, guac, salsa, lettuce, corn, black beans, and sauce
I am furious..... I visited chipotle this morning at 10:32am only to be told that the store doesn't open until 11am. I decided to wait. At 10:45 I saw a customer retrieving her order, Once she left I went up to the counter and addressed the matter. The same gentleman explained that she had an online order, this is not how you all should operate with misleading information from employees.
Employee named deni was very helpful and kind , helped my mother since she didn’t speak much English,if a manager reads this , definitely bonus or raise for her great work
I made an online order and I went to the wrong store and the manager Joe at this location did everything to fix the situation and help me get a refund. Joe and staff are awsome.
Very long line. I witnessed people drinking up front, I was wondering if this was sanitary.Also there was only three people working the line others were just standing.I normally enjoy this place but today it was a little mind blowingAfter about 15 minutes in line the line began to pick up a little
Very poor quantity of cauliflower rice given. Even though they are charging $2 extra. Also when asked to give salsa, the tray was empty, still no Dy changed the tray or provided the normal quantity.Really very poor service at this outlet
The girl who helped me was rude and didn't prepare our food as we requested, and when I said something to her, about it she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Being ignored as a customer on food preparation feels awful ?. We will not be going back. Manager did try to correct the issue, but we did not walk away feeling any better.
