I went online and ordered a salad for take out after I was already in their lot. The online order said it would be ready within 20 minutes but I got it in well under 10 minutes. The salad was fresh and the grilled chicken was hot.
Hadn't been to Chili's for a couple of years, was pleasantly surprised it was still yummy. Server was great! Only bad thing, no tea, said it has been broken for about a month. Great visit.
Had a great quiet dinner with my husband and daughter. Food was great. their Margaritas are so good.
First time visiting this location. We ordered curbside and it’s was simple and fast. Food arrived on time with a friendly staff delivering our food to our vehicle. We arrived at our home to find everything that we ordered perfectly fine. Definitely recommend this location for curbside pick up. Thank you Chili’s for making our dinner night a delight.
We always have a great experience at this location. We have been coming here for 7 years and staff and food are excellent always. We sit in the bar side and have had Jason as bartender and server and he's excellent always! We try to make sure we always get him!
I keep giving the "to-go" a chance and even leave at least 15% tip, but this time was my last visit. It's constantly not reading order for the correct sauces for the Tripple Dipper and not receiving "extra" when tap the "extra" box. Just delete the button if you're not going to put it in the bag and throw in whatever you want. The last order they forgot to put the "fajita kit" in the bag and we had to drive back up to get it and let the food get even more cold. Now the order sizes have continued to shrink on everything, just charge me more and put more in the box. Ordered a SW Chicken Ceasar tonight with extra crumbles and tortilla chips which were sparingly at best and not to mention the measly tiny 7 pieces of grilled chicken. Also, I ordered a "tiny" cup of chili, it was ice cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Finally, ordered the Skillet Queso and it once again was short filled as can be seen in the photo.
The waiter was amazing. And the food was bomb!! delicious ?
I love Chili's. I'm an app girl and I love all their apps! Always satisfied when we go there.
Usually a decent place to eat, but with issues hiring help not so good any more. Ordered the sirloin steak, way under cooked, and just warm when arrived, the loaded instant potatoes very dry and hard... Inedible, broccoli was just a bunch of tiny left over pieces. Overall looked ok, but after eating it, was poor. I understand it's hard getting people to work, understand prices going up, but will just start eating at home or somewhere else.
Management is terrible-i used the machine on the table to pay for my dinner andri drinks a few months ago and was charged three times-They gave me the run around having me come into the the restaurant twice with no result and then my bank only recovered one of the three charges. The waitresses are amazing. I don't recommend using the table machine to pay your bill.
