Stopped here around 8:00 last night for a snack. We ordered a dinner salad and a cup of soup. It took over 20 minutes to bring the food to our table. The waitress had apologized before saying kitchen only had 2 cooks! Not only was the food very slow, but it was very small! We asked our food to go and very disappointing when we got home. We ordered a bowl, the takeout was 8 oz, a cup! The chicken salad was tasty but more like lunch sized! Needless to say, we won’t be rushing back here!
Value for money experience. Portion of good was great. Do try the 25 for 2 option. Quality of food was great and was fresh. People waiting on us were friendly and good to interact with. The floor could be a little cleaner. Place has a causal vibe with convenient menu options. New York cheese was good to taste too. Music and sound of the sports channels is not too loud so you don’t have to worry about screaming on top of your lungs to try to speak to anyone, which is an added advantage. Could recommend getting water with no ice with a lemon wedge in it, totally worth it.
I have to say that I appreciate people who serve nowadays. That being said, you don't have to be trying too hard to serve food like this. I don't expect much but I would appreciate a manager coming to the table when I ask for one. Not because of this issue, but another issue. Our server, however tried his best while I believe the kitchen could care less.
Every time I go to chili's the food is good and our server was great but the wait for a seat or to get my food is horrible. Its always freezing cold not comfortable cold. The tables were dirty the booth they sat us in was all ripped up. It must have been 2 for 1 on drinks so we all ordered long island ice teas. We were all shocked when six drinks came but was happy at the same time. No one told us about the drink specials or the food specials. It wasn't that crowded so i really don't understand why our food took so long. By the time we got our food my daughter took 1 or 2 bites of food and fell asleep on her big brothers lap. I guess they need more kitchen staff and waiters. No one should have to wait an hour for food.
Waited 8 minutes for someone to say hello, then was told the only place a high chair can go is in the bar, ordered a kids drink was given and charged for a large drink that had a lid because they were out of kids cups, beer took 20 minutes to come…it just kept getting worse…terrible…won’t be back!
The food was very disappointing. Under seasoned and poorly cooked.
DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Every item we ordered came out wrong. The food had hair in it. When we brought this to the managers attention, she refused to give us any compensation (not even half-off a dessert!). Spent an hour waiting to pay and were charged for more food than we even ordered! Left the restaurant still hungry and paid in full. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not give them your service, please.
By far the worst experience I ever had with my family here. My food came out cold the children's food was suppose to come out together. Thing we asked not to have in our orders were added when specifically asked not to especially since I'm allergic to tomato's. I could under stand being short of staff if that was even the case. U need better cooks in ur kitchen. The wait time was absolutely horrific especially when dining in expecting a hot meal that being purchased an pd for. I left upset and disappointed in this chilli's is the second time there won't be a 3rd. Not to mention the greeter was gonna sit us in a dirty table that was the 1st red flag for us to have left. But we gave it the benefit of the doubt. All our waters could think to do is apologize not enough. Sorry as I was upset it didn't occur to me to even take photos something I normally would do?
Times have changed with Covid. Service was slow and servers were too busy joking and talking with each other to properly address the tables. Customers were joking about the service as if it were normal. Tables dirty, floor dirty. Did they clean from the night before, who knows! I ordered fajitas and they were cooked on the grill , nothing was chard or sizzling. A different server had to get us refills and napkins. There were only three tables used on that side of the bar. Section was not full or busy. I love chili's, but this visit wasn't good!
The last 5 times I've ordered curbside for a set time, I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes past the designated pickup time. They even got the order completely wrong the last two times. I order there because it's convenient, thinking "well.. maybe they'll get it right this time," but they never do. I get waiting on Friday or Saturday night, but the last few tines have been during the week.
