There is no way to contact this establishment. I tried calling several times and it beeps like an out of service number then drops the call, you message them on facebook and they only say to call the store and dont help at all
My food is never good at this location ice in drink and cold fries
This rating is for the service, not the food. Went thru the drive-thru at 9am, order was taken quickly, and then the wait started - 15 minutes from that point to getting my food at the window. When I finally got to the window, I figured out the reason for the wait. The crew didn't know who had ordered what. I was asked by the crew to give my phone number and actually tell what my order was. The phone number they had on my order was not my phone number, and I had no other way to identify my order other than to rattle off what it was. I believe this was the hold up for everyone ahead of me. Wouldn't it make sense that when you place an order, that you are given an order number or receipt, neither one of which I received, that correlates with the receipt on the bag so that orders can be matched up quickly?
Just had the worst experience at this location which I frequent on a regular basis. This morning I ordered a sausage, egg and biscuit meal without the cheese plus hash browns.These people had to nerve to sale me mushed up pieces of hash brown crumbs and to make matters worse they gave me just a biscuit no sausage, egg or nothing but charged me $7.62…Tried calling to complain but of course no one is answering the phone SMHI would leave zero stars if possibleEdit: after calling 20+ times over the course of an hour, I finally was able to speak with someone named Jasmine who refused to refund my order and didn’t even bother apologizing for their mess up. Great customer service Chick-fil-A! It was their pleasure to screw me over
If I could give 0 stars I would. This location cannot make changes to their Cobb salad. FYI everyone does not eat pork. You should be willing to make accommodations. This is the only location that has ever told me that they are not able to remove items from a salad. Do not come here! Go inside the mall or drive further down 60 they have much better experience.
Very disappointed.... I specifically said no cheese due to my allergic reaction to cheese. It says on my box no cheese. What happens when I get back to the office and open it, CHEESE ?.. Can’t take it back until I get off ( lunch ruined). Tried to call them to express my disappointment and no answer. This is/was not pleasurable!!!! Glad i didn’t take bite before looking at it!!! That would have been a bad situation for me #zerostars
Fantastic location. I frequent chickfila, but the sandwiches I ordered today came out so flawless I literally picked up my phone to write this review. They were incredibly busy and the order was out in less than 3 minutes. 10/10.
Summary: Great food and service, and very popular, but depending on the time visited, the drive-thru line can be very long. Not open on Sundays, as per the restaurant chain. The Chick-fil-A app allows you to order ahead and earn points that can be redeemed for free food, or the food can even be gifted to others. 2022-03-10 visit: Ordered my breakfast through the iPhone app, for points towards free food. Went through the drive-thru at about 7:30 am on a Thursday morning, and the line wasn’t bad at all. Got through the line before one song had completed on the car stereo. Ordered the Chicken Biscuit meal with a large Diet Lemonade, and as usual it was delicious. Although the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A is pretty efficient, I find that it helps to go outside of the busiest hours for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I usually love chik FIL a, but was disappointed tonight ? they gave us unsweetened tea instead of sweet, over cooked the nuggets and forgot our sauce. I checked the order to make sure I didn't mess up the order but no, it was them ?
I've been here once and it is a very decent Chick-fil-A. The bathroom was decently clean, as was the rest of the establishment. The cashier, Ms. Summer, was friendly, as was Mr. Alex. The food's as good as any other Chick-fil-A, aside from one minor err; the lemonade completely lacked sugar. No one can always be perfect everytime. Would come again.
