I was placing an order at the register on the left and I made sure there was enough room for people to order at the next register on the right. The employee asked me to move over more. I did. They asked me to move again. At this point, I’m on the far side away from the register. It’s just two of us displaced for a party of 5 at the next register? I’ve never had bad service at Chick-fil-A but their rudeness about making two people move far enough away we had to yell out the order for her to hear us so that 5 people could take up their register space and ours was ridiculous. They definitely don’t take space during Covid seriously and the fact that my boyfriend and I are Hispanic while the large family and employees were white was bordering racist to me. 100% disappointed in the service here.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed eating here today! It was the best Chick fil a experience we had in a long time. I'm from Lakeland and I can now easily say I would drive to Brandon to go to this Chick fil a in the future. Dennis was fantastic, he refilled our drinks and helped to clear the table for us. Our cashier Kiara was very friendly and made sure we got all the sauces we needed with our order. Our food was delicious, the tables clean, and the service incredible. Definitely repeat customers here. We are already talking out our next trip to Brandon and eating there.
Outstanding food but EVEN better staff! They were kind, courteous, and generally cured for the customer and provided service such as I have never seen in years. This combination of food and service can only bring phenomenal success to this franchise owner my hats off to you God bless.
I like Chick-fil-A, but wasn't there. All I did was drive past on my way to the cat food store.
On January 19, 2022 my Mom (here from Michigan on a visit) and I went to the mall for shopping and lunch. As we entered the food court she mentioned she has never had Chick-fil-A, I said oh then that’s it.Kenya was at the register and Mom said I’m sorry it’s taking so long I have to read the menu then mentioned to Kenya that she didn’t know what she wanted because she has never been there before. Kenya was very patient with my mom.After we ordered we moved down the counter and had to wait a while longer because they had just dropped the fresh fil-A’s for our sandwiches, which didn’t bother us at all. Fresh is the best.Taylor was very kind to us and mentioned thank you for our patience.While we were handed our food Mirenna grabbed a couple of cookies and whispered to a manger (who’s name I could not see with her standing sideways) and also to Taylor. She then placed the cookies on top of our bag and said “here I heard it is your first time here” as she looked at my Mom it made us almost tear up.You see my dad passed away a couple of months ago and they had been married nearly 40 years, so this has been a hard few months for mom, and for others go above and beyond for her to show her love and kindness not knowing what is going on means more than any of you know. I can just review the only items I ordered, fries. I ordered extra crispy, the replied, the didn't know how to make the settings that way , instead I get, sigue bits and pieces, never have i had this problem with such a great company, last time coming to this location.
Crowded but fast and efficient service. Freshly cooked food at a reasonable price.
This place really never disappoint me, Once they put more flavor in that mac it'll be a 5 star for real.
