Good service, unfortunately the drink came after the lunch. but waitress was great.
Food was good but we were there for a birthday lunch and the person celebrating was served chicken breast that wasn't fully cooked. We all got our food at the same time so by the time his food came back out, the rest of us were done. I understand that there are staff shortages and I'm patient when things are slow but rushing food out without cooking it properly is inexcusable. Wait staff was great and fixed it as quickly as possible, but the cook needs to be retrained. This wasn't an undercooked steak, it was raw chicken. Someone else picked up his bill so I don't know if they discounted it but the wait staff didn't say anything about it so I'm guessing they didn't.
My mom and I went for dinner tonight, and had Josh as our server. I don’t know what was up with this guy, but he was so aggressively rude to us whenever actually at the table. He mostly neglected us. After a long wait, he finally asked if we were ready to order. Before hearing our response, he walked off and was angrily trying to wave down a coworker. However he definitely was our assigned server. The hostess told us this. Another waitress (Ann) who took our drink and appetizer order told us this. And he told us that his name is Josh and he’s our server while aggressively setting down the appetizer we ordered from Ann, and leaving the table as fast as he could. He said he had a large party he was attending to. However they left before he took our order. We saw him throw a fit over the tip they left him. I’m sure however much it was, it was too much. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a dining experience in my life, to the point that I was fearful to tell the manager. I was afraid of the reaction I would get out of him if he heard what we had to say about him. Hostile is the best word I have for him. The manager (I believe her name was Kaley?) discounted our meal and threw in a free desert. Thank you for that. But PLEASE get this guy out of a server position. Or just out of your staff entirely. Side note, he wasn’t the only employee that looked like they were high and couldn’t care less about being there. Not Ann. She was great. We ended up leaving the tip for her.

Food was good. But, after waiting at the bar for 30 minutes, which I get since its a Saturday night, the experience is something they need to continue to teach further. We were seated at a table; at the last minute, my wife asked the host if a booth was available. He said he would let us know. When I sat down, the chair was quite wobbly. I checked it, and it was broken. I sat at the other chair. 5 minutes goes by, 10 minutes goes by, when it hit 15 minutes, I kindly asked another host if we could get assistance. By that time, two other couples were sat at booths nearby. When the server came over, she apologized and let us know that she was there to assist, as she was told we were there. We ordered and stated we would get their bread. About 5 minutes later, we did get our bread, and not even 1 minute later, our salad was served, and not even 1 minute later, our dinner was served. Unfortunately, I lost my appetite as I truly didn't get to enjoy the timing of the food being served. I took my wife out for a date to spend time talking and enjoying the experience as we enjoy their food. However, continue to please teach your team when patrons are seated, or they are asked a question, remember they are there, and have an answer.
Generally I'll take a picture before we eat?️. But chicken Brian never last that long on my plate.♥️We had never been to this Brandon location. ? We always are a little early so we didn't wait for anything. The staff and the food and everything were on point. ? Good job??
The food was so scrumptious! Visually appealing, and so fresh! I had a salad with creamy parmesean dressing, lobster ravioli, and cannoli cake. Our server Maddie was kind, attentive, always there with all our requests. I definitely will be eating here again!

Was seated right under the AC vent with it blasting cold air. On us both. Made are trip horrible asked if we could be moved they said yes to the bar only no other option given. Very sad appetizer came out and it was ice cold like below safe food handling like refrigerator
