Great restaurant not far from my neighborhood. Excellent liver and onions. I like that I can have liver and onions for dinner or breakfast because it’s on the menu both places. Frank is a most excellent host on the phone for to go orders or in person. Very attentive to what goes out and if anything is wrong he makes sure it’s right and you’re happy. For the longest time I only knew him as a voice on the phone and he’s got one of those mobster voices. Glad I never had a reason to complain. If you’re tired of the same old big box places with the same boring menu give this local gem a try. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and to go. Unique dishes and some tried and true favorites. You won’t be disappointed. Come out and support our local neighbors.

My friend and I stopped here for dinner . At the time we were here it wasn't busy, but it did take a extraordinary long time to get our food. We considered leaving but it was pouring down rain , so we stayed. When we did get our dinner, it was very good. I got the skirt steak with sweet plantains and very, very small side salad. I had thought the salad would be smaller, but this was not what I was imagining . My friend ordered the pallamilla steak with white rice with a side order of mushroom gravy and sweet plantains. She and I found the food flavorful, but by then, we were very hungry. Over all, I will give this new place to us another try. Hopefully, next time it won't take as long and it will be a nicer experience. The servers and front staff were nice and did apologize for the long wait.

Delicious Cuban and Colombian food! The manager Alex was very friendly, attentive and transparent regarding the prices and how long it would it take for our food to be ready. We had a great evening as a family visiting from St. Augustine. They also had nice live music which made it more enjoyable. We highly recommend this restaurant as the food is and service are both excellent and fairly priced.

The manager, Frank greeted us in such a friendly and warm manner. We were visiting friends that live in a nearby town after a long day at the beach & we arrived 40 mins before closing. He accommodated a party of 7 withy two young nieces that were sunburned & hungry (he even brought out damp cold paper towels to help soothe their sunburns). The appetizers, main dishes, drinks and dessert were delicious with exceptional customer service! We’ll definitely be back!

Cali Viejo has always been a great place to dine at. Amazing ownership, courteous and attentive staff and of course delicious meals.

I've been here twice and have ordered delivery once, the food tastes great, sometimes the rice is a little overcooked, I think the flavor is still great but the plate could look better, for deliveries, don't order anything fried like French fries or Yuca, they arrive soggy. Instead order those things while you're in the restaurant.

I love the food , I definitely recommend, friendly staff . They also have a bakery next door ??

Always has been a pleasure to eat here. When you see the peoces, you may shy away. However, once you taste the food, it's spectacular. Your taste buds will love you. Beware though, English is the staff's second language but be patient with them as they will aim to serve you with a smile.

It took 45 minutes to get our appetizers. The rotisserie chicken was very dry, no flavor just bad. The price is very high for the very low quality of food and service. Would not recommend even as a last resort there are too many other options near by.

The food was okay, I got the 6 Empanada appetizer that they offer. The dough was very good the meat wasn’t seasoned but I’d eat it again. Staff was friendly
