This is the worst Burger King in the area. Please just take the time to drive a couple minutes to the next one. I sat at the order speaker for 6 minutes saying hello and got nothing. And I’m the ONLY car in line by the way. I pull up to the window to order and it take a few more minutes for someone to come and when the older guy comes to the window i saw like 4-5 younger workers playing around and yelling and not paying attention or caring who’s at the box to order . The elder manager reminded them and kept reminding them and they were letting the people behind me sit there for minutes while playing around.took me 15 minutes in a fast food line with no cars to get my food and when I got it, the fries were nasty and unsalted and my burger wasn’t hot . DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE, you will be disappointed.
Quite possibly the most poorly run restaurant in the city. I went last weekend lunchtime for a burger. After waiting two or three minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order I asked if there was anyone there. I was then told by the person over the loudspeaker not to be so mean. I told her I wasn’t trying to be mean just trying to get someone’s attention. Fearing what they may do to my food I played nice, paid for my food and left. Went there for breakfast this morning at 7:20 AM for breakfast, The menu screen was brightly lit there were employees in the building and no one answered to take my order. Went to the door and pulled on it, it was locked and the employees inside pretended they didn’t see me. The place is a joke and I will not be back. Whoever owns the store, be it franchise or corporate, needs to take a good hard look at its operations.
Used the Drive-thru at the Bloomingdale Ave. in Brandon location on Memorial Day to pickup a quick dinner and it was anything but quick.Was the 4th car back and it took 25 minutes to get Whoppers that the paddies were half cooked.I'm a fan of Burger King and frequent them a lot, but I will be shying away from this location in the future !!!
The manager Mr Richard and staff present today at this BK were so amazing and made me feel at home lol I wanna come back just because of them!
The drive-thru cashier was rude.As it wasn’t enough, he gave me the drink with ice when I requested no ice and didn’t give me the barbecue sauce.When I’m trying to contact the store, I found they don’t have right number. I looked for the number in the web, the guy who answered the phone was the same that the cashier and identified himself as a manager. He responded to my complaint with and, and, and like he doesn’t care. I visited BK two to three weekly but I understand now why your business doesn’t have enough customers.
I go to the drive-through which was packed and then I go inside and stand there for 10 minutes just to have them tell me that breakfast just closed.. Ridiculous. And then to give an excuse that the grill is off that exactly 1030 is also just as ridiculous. No wonder they have a 3 star rating that's probably just from their friends and family
The service is absolutely trash. I started to order in drive through and the woman taking my order cut me off and gave me my total before I had even finished with my order… along with that they didn’t give me half of my order they were so busy talking and playing on their phones. Absolute garbage of a restaurant location
If I could give them a zero I would. We got chicken nuggets and they tasted horrible. The breading was very grainy and the meat didn't even taste like the fake chicken they usually give.
Very very rarely go to BK and when I have made the mistake of doing so the low quality food reminds me why. This BK on Bloomingdale is in a high density population area but rarely has more than a few cars in the drive thru. Foolishly and impulsively I decided to try their spicy chicken sandwich. It came in a fancy aluminum envelope so I entertained a bit of hope that it might be made with some thought and quality. Could not have been more wrong. It was a thin miss-shapened totally dried out luke warm grease laden spolt of matter that appeared as if it had been cooked hours ago or even left over from the previous day and placed under a heat lap. I only have my self to blame for being silly enough to go there. I also give myself one star for very poor decision making.
Rude staff.. very understaffed or they aren’t using their time wisely. At least let Uber/ door dash pick up inside and not have to wait 20+ mins in the drive thru.
