It took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru line after 2pm on a Saturday. When I pulled up there were 4 or 5 cars in line ahead of me. Food was hot and tasted as expected but this location needs some help - the speaker at the drive through was broken, it was cutting in and out which I'm sure affected orders ahead of me. The sliding window at the pick up window was damaged and coming off it's track, causing the staff to struggle to open or close it. To me, these are signs that necessary maintenance/repairs that would benefit both employees and customers are not being performed at this location. The workers were clearly struggling but were doing their best to remain positive.

I was at the lumsden location of Burger King, Brandon, FL- last night around 9:30pm. Worst experience ever! I was waiting in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes & I wasn’t even at the window yet! That’s is ridiculous!! You need to have better people working in the drive thru. If I have to wait more than 20 minutes, why is it called a fast food/drive thru?! I ending up going to McDonalds and was served in the drive thru in less than 5 mins. Very disappointing and pathetic!

I have come here several times in between 7-9 pm, and every time I think it'll be faster to go inside, it's not. Both times I was forgotten or the order had to be remade, then I was forgotten again, and by the time they asked me if I was a "pick up order" (which I wasn't), I showed them my receipt and they handed me a cold bag of food. My order is never right and it's always late or forgotten. Tonight, I also had a lot of items that were all shoved in a tiny bag, so when I grabbed the top, it ripped, and they placed my burger sideways so it leaked and was smashed against the other food inside the tiny bag. I hate that I love their food so much, because this location is not my favorite after continuous attempts to order inside and take out. Also, they forgot to give me a cup to fill with my large drink, so I asked for one at the end when I finally received my order, and went to the fountain to fill it, and there was NO ICE and soda all over the floor.

We ordered the whopper junior. All around the restaurant there are posters of what the burgers used to look like with the grill marks. Don't fall for the pictures. The old burgers no longer exist. I lifted up the bottom bun and saw a tasteless, ugly gray colored burger which was very unappetizing. Luckily we only spent $3.99 for these budget burgers. A word of advice, make your own!

I wanted to apologize for my father and I giving off the impression that we were rushing one of the employees in the drive-thru. This is my favorite Burger King and the people are genuinely kind and patient with me. I tried to call to give an apology but no one answered so I'm leaving a review. From my knowledge I have had nothing but good customer service at this location and I don't want to take that for granted. I hope you all can forgive both of us.

I always order online and just pick up, when I got to the window this employee started making racist assumptions and jokes about me and then close the window when I was about to say something to him. I sent a complaint through the app but apparently they don’t care that they’re having such a poor human behavior in one of their locations, I’ve never had any racism problems in my life and the first time being by a Burger King employee is just out of place.

First everytime I go there which is at a min once a week, they forget to put something in the Bag for the Order. Even if a ask them specifically, they say "ya". Not normally wrong food, but condiments like sauces, napkins, straws, and partially unfilled drinks. Not to mention the hit and miss milkshake cleaning schedule. Lol Tonight I'm setting in drive threw about 5 cars back. I get to the speaker tweaker and receive the automated message. I start to order and a lady comes on the mic and informs me they are closed! As the lights are turned off!! Obviously poorly managed, poorly trained and misunderstood purpose. I'll just say I'm retired but I am very well known in the Restaurant Business having been a major contributor in two of the most successful National chains and came up through Hardee's of Spartan foods. Largest at the time. Now Second reason for writing. How does this store and others like it all around us all expect to receive 15 hr wages with below min wage standard performance? Would you take your paycheck and toss it in the trash without cashing it??* The Customer is that pay check!! You threw it away tonight. A 5 to 6 hundred dollar a year Customer!! This manager would be looking for a job yrs ago. Today they will promote them.

Worst burger king I have ever been to. One of the workers named Bunion gave a terrible attitude, and messed up the same order 3 times. The employees are not trained at all. Even messed up the other peoples orders in the store. These people need manners, common courtesy, and training.

Sat in drive thru for 10min at 7pm Tues night just to order, now it's been another 5min to get to the window. Sometimes this is the worst place to go. Mornings aren't too bad, but this place has not had good management in probably 5 to 8 years. I just have gotten tired of dealing with it.

I haven't eaten at burger king in over 30 years. I must have been meeting my flower guy there. Clean parking lot. It's been in business over 30 years so it must being doing something right. Five stars. ??
