Employee kept his back to us for several minutes before acknowledging our presence. Finally took our order and waited very long time for food even though there was only one other table with people at it and no one in line. Had to convince him that I ordered coffee even though it was on the receipt! Coffee was cold and they had run out of cream. Food was not nearly as good as usual. And they wonder why McDonalds does so much more business!! Last time we were there, it was fine. No consistency!
Today we went to eat there they refused me a chocolate shake made me have soda machine , they did correct my spouse's order but told me I could have a shake if I wanted to buy it after I told the lady 3 time a Hersey shake instead of a soda.When I gave her my soda cup back told her I wanted a shake then she claims they don't have Hersey shake but Chocolate shake I said give me that but u have to pay for that shake . I will never come beven with arby we do treat them right even if we don't hear the order right
I went through the drive thru. I was greeted immediately with a, "It's gonna be a wait" by the drive thru attendant. I waited for 10 minutes before she was able to get back to me. Some cars had already drove away. I needed to eat, so I stuck it out. Once I got to the window, I got my cheeseburger right away. My suggestion would be: if you are short-staffed, shut down the dine-in portion and put all hands on deck in the drive thru to minimize the wait time. Next time, I may not wait.
I thought I'd stop by for a sandwich. I waited in the drive through for five minutes. I said "hello" and someone finally came on telling me that there wasn't currently a cook in the store.I don't mind that there wasn't a cook. I'm irritated that they couldn't tell me when I drove up or post a sign or something. They can't help that they are short staffed. They can help that they appeared open with all the signs on and they kept me waiting before letting me know.
Worst service. Can’t find my order. Not smart enough or cares enough to just make a new one. This is not Rocket science. These folks just don’t care about service reputation. 15 a hour for this. You got to be kidding. The staff sucks 3 mangers in lobby chatting work stuff. The other idiots in the back can’t find there nose.
My husband waited 45 minutes for our food in the drive thru. Products of order were missing. Food was cold and absolutely disgusting. I called and talked to Allen the manager, he said they were short staffed and laughed. I said short staffed means work harder. An employee was flinging their hair around the food. People standing around doing nothing. This location needs to be put in check. Two top buns on my burger. Always out of something every time we go to location. Will be calling GM and speaking to corporate about this specific location.
Just waited 26 minutes in drive thru , was not the managers fault he was trying it was the clowns he had cooking was pretty bad I felt sorry for the manger. Corporat needs to step up at the burger king's ! The one on Brandon Blvd /hwy 60 an the one in Riverview on 301 two of the worst !
I went to Burger King at about 12:30 on a Tuesday. I got up to the order speaker after waiting only briefly after one other car. And then I saw the line to pay & pick up had about 6 cars ahead of me. The line moved up one spot right away. But then we all waited another 20 minutes without moving. I finally left to get some actual 'fast food' at McDonalds!
Lately this location been awful. Tried to go to breakfast guy claims they where close at a 8:00am shift. Sign said 5 am they opened. Must been short staff. The second time we been. Food cold as f. Guy in the back was attitude and cursing. The third time. Was nearly 20 minutes waiting at the speaker. The drive thru was back up. I stop going to the last location from food poisoning. Might stop going to this one from poor service.
This Burger King is ridiculous…the amount of time you spend waiting in line at the drive through is completely unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason for the wait. It has to be management because how else would this be allowed.
