Haven't been to Buffalo wild wings in a long time and this trip just reminded me the reason why I didn't go there anymore. Not only the wings were small and unflavorful but when I asked him how they did their seasoning she says they put it all in a bowl and then season it. Just to find out that all my wings were basically just like a frosted mini wheat seasoning on one side nothing on the other. The pictures are the proof Plus I pretty much had to track down the bartender to get me a refill on my beer. And the place was practically empty with around maybe 12 people total. If it wasn't for the gift card I probably wouldn't have ended up there. I gave the remaining balance of my gift card to a homeless man down the street
First time we ate at Buffalo Wild Wings and I wasn't impressed. The music was so loud we couldn't hear the waitress or each other 6 wings were almost 10.00 and they were not meaty at all. They brought my wings out 5 min before my husband's so mine was cold by the time he got his. She never offered to refill or drinks. Won't be back?
Had some drinks & wings. Everything was on point. Wings were good. The doritos wings were good but really hot.
Had a good experience here, nice local sports bar that one should check out. I’d recommend trying the Street tacos and Thai curry sauce for wings. Service was relatively quick.
So not happy with my pick up to-go lunch order... Got back to my office, which is like 5 minutes from BWW only to have have cold fries and a super well done, dry burger. Not juicy at all! No time to take back. I'm glad I used my reward points to get this meal and didn't pay for it.
This location has gone down over the past couple of years. Upon arriving I waited for around 5 minutes for a greeter to meet me at the entrance. The manager finally came over and looked past me to greet the patrons behind me. I literally had to get his attention (even when I'm clearing standing in front of his face and the patrons behind me). After being told the patio was open sitting..I received no escort to the patio area at all. It took the waitress around 10 mins to come to the table and take the order. After placing my order and receiving my drink...I requested a straw because of the previous one falling on the ground. The waitress never returned to my table with a new straw but serviced the next table with drinks and straws. I waited for 5 minute for the waitress to return with no success. I got up and left at that point and went to the Cheesecake Factory for better and respectable services. Me and my money went elsewhere to receive quality service. The worst part about this experience was the restaurant wasn't even packed at all!!!! I will never return or order food from this location.
The staff is great, very calm and handle the busy days very well. Dining in we never have to wait long. Take out usually takes an extra 15-30 minutes on top of whatever time they tell you so maybe call to confirm a pick up time, they're usually very busy!

The fries are the best part for me and I'm glad they didn't mess it up.

I have been coming to this location for over a year now and yes it has seen its share of ups and downs but I have never ever had bad food or service. They have new management and he has made a huge improvement in this location. We have always had the best servers from the beginning of our visits, they are always very attentive, friendly and helpful. I always dine in at the bar and each time the beer is served ice cold and the chicken wings are always fresh and crispy as per requested. Oh and the cheese curds are amazing!! We dined in this past Sunday for the Bucs game and our wings came out super fast, hot and crispy just the way we ordered. Great atmosphere! Love coming to watch hockey and football oh and play trivia at this location(Brandon) we will definitely be coming back soon.
