Nice bar!We stopped for a quick meal. The service was a little slow (kitchen). The server was attentive though. The drinks and the food (when it finally made to our table) were enjoyable! We had the Ghost pepper burger, which was surprisingly hot and we thoroughly enjoyed it!We also had the fish and chips. The fish was crispy/crunchy on the outside and nice n tender on the inside.Ooohh!! The truffle fries were fabulous!!We finished our meal with their popular brownie and it did not disappoint!!We plan to revisit, the restaurant seems to have some very interesting grilled options. We're intrigued!
Jimmy the Kitchen Mgr saved the day! I was ready to walk out bc we were told that multiple items were unavailable- even though our server Katelyn was really great and tried her best to accommodate us.Then came Jimmy…He created items that didn’t exist, found missing items that had just come in, and came back to our table multiple times just to make sure we were happy. I’ve never had a kitchen manager go so far above & beyond to be helpful! Thanks Jimmy for being a great guy and having such an incredible attitude.
You know you may be in trouble when the sign in front asks you to be patient with staff. Steaks are completely unseasoned.. just a hunk of meat and hot stone. Stir fry was not really a stir fry; unseasoned steak, soggy steamed veggies, rice that had the texture of soggy oatmeal and bland flavorless brown watery "sauce.". The worst part of the visit was seeing a waitress using the restroom, then leaving without washing her hands. That is just nasty!!! The bathroom was dirty. If the waitress doesn't have to wash her hands, can you imagine what the kitchen is like???
The experience was nice. Went and ordered a 24oz steak and it was fun to cook it. But i kept getting burned from flying butter or whatever. Still was my first time so i enjoyed it. The person i went with had a good quality sirloin steak.I am giving this 5 stars since the manager was super friendly and apologized that my meat was spoiled or something. Things happen and it is not their fault because a employee messed up or left something out at room temperature before freezing it.Overall the experience was great and called for a good night.
Pretty good! I’m pescatarian but they have plenty of fish options and salads to choose from as well as the impossible burger. Also the volcano dessert was awesome in person.
It was a great experience. We went for my birthday. The food was delicious. The steak was amazing. Our server lexy so very nice. She kept our glasses full and delivered our food in a timely manner.
Just left Brandon Black Rock. Waited additional 20 minutes from expected wait which wouldn’t have been so bad except for the bar was extremely cold. Finally seated, server nice but probably had too many tables. Our table was much too small for everything needed for 6 people to dine. One fork was dirty & was replaced with a set of plastic ware. Not what’s expected when paying over $30 per meal. Stone’s weren’t hot; 4 of our party of 6 had to be replaced. Sides were served cold. We were polite to server but she knew we weren’t happy & sent the manager. She basically didn’t give a damn to be blunt. We’ve eaten at 4 different locations & were so happy to share the experience with friends here. What a huge disappointment. To top off the night there was a large dead roach in the bathroom, the stalls were filthy too. We all realize help is hard to find but possibly starting with a capable management could be beneficial.
Great experience to cook your own steak. A great variety of different cuts of steak and sizes. The meat is really tender like angus beef. Amazing volcano dessert free on your birthday. Great cocktails and beers. Great service too.
Food was delicious. We started off with the brushetta and then ordered the medallions with shrimp and my wife ordered the sirloin. The only reason I can't rate our experience higher is it took an hour to bring out the food that we cook. I didn't understand why it would take so long to bring out since we are cooking it. However the food was delicious as I mentioned, and we enjoyed the experience we had. I do recommend coming to try the stone cooking.
This was my birthday dinner. My birthday was earlier in January but due to having Covid my dinner celebration was postponed. We were at our table for almost 10 minutes before our server, Lexi, came over. She took our drink order then my husband immediately explained we were celebrating my birthday late due to Covid and he wanted to make sure we could get the Volcano dessert. Lexi said we could. She wanted our entire order right then, not an issue. Another 5-8 minutes before our soda and bottle of Heineken arrived. All of our food (appetizers and entrees) arrived at the same time, not a big deal. Lexi checks in 3 times while we are eating. I requested to go boxes and ramekins for my sauce. “We’re out of ramekins, that’s why we are closing early” was the response I received. Not a problem, I figured that out. She then drops the check and disappears for 20 minutes. When she finally reappears my husband immediately asked about our dessert. Lexi stated “the kitchen is closed”. Mind you we watched another table receive dessert 30 seconds before Lexi came to our table. I was upset and pointed out the fact that someone else literally just got one and we had requested it during our first interaction with her. She was clearly annoyed and said she “would check”. While she was checking another dessert came out of the kitchen. Def not closed. We did finally get our dessert but Lexi made the experience less than good. The food was delicious but if I would have rather waited an hour for a table than to be sat in her section. Even given the bad service my husband tipped her $30 on a $105 bill.
