Tge worst dunking donuts and Baskin Roberts ever last week I went for a dozen donuts they had only 2 flavors today I went for some munchkins they only had 3 flavors people hardly eat ask for a banana split ask to pick my flovors they only had one the staff was terrible the lil dark cashier who served me look like that's the place she want to be no one was to the counter when I came in had to call for service no other customer wad in the store sad people l e who want jobs can't get them because if rude staff like these please restaff
I went here and waited a long time no one greated me. All employees looked at me and my family but no one ever said be right with you. Upon minutes later she didn’t greet us. She pointed at us, to take our order, When my children were speaking their ice cream orders she stayed at the counter? My youngest daughter was given a broken display cone, that broke when we exited the door. The customer is front of us received a free order and was greated when he walked to the counter, because he knew the employee. The female employee who made our order roled her eyes the whole entire time while preparing our order. I’m not sure what is going on here, but no one seems happy.

An employee named Shamar helped me and the boys out with finding out what ice cream we'd like as well as was extremely funny. Definitely made the experience better.
Very limited variety in both ice cream and donuts. The donut racks and ice cream bins were almost empty and not very tidy and clean.
Went there today with a few friends, its actually Baskin Robbins with Dunkin Donuts very neat place they have and location is good as well I ordered the flavor of the month which was Gingerbread house it was actually quite good, not too sweet or overpowering of spice and then I had a Caramel Cappuccino Blast very good as well, the staff were ok, but overall good place to go and get a donut and/or ice cream.
The site online says it opens at 4a but when I got there on Saturday 10/9/2021 after 5a they claimed they just opened at 5a. When I pulled into the drive thru noone greeted me, I waited for 5 to 7 mins for no answer. I then called the store and when I asked if they were open and stated I was in the drive thru waiting-- the lady hung up on me abruptly and rudely. I pulled to the window and asked her what was going on, she was very rude to me and told me they had nothing ready, that they had just arrived. I wanted ice cream after a long hard day at work and this is one of the only places open that time of day. She told me ice cream wasn't even ready, I did not believe her lack of truthfulness and sincerity. If there is a chance I will be treated that same way I won't be going there again. It is worth mentioning the employees were not wearing masks inside while working, and that I was not the only customer waiting who was neglected (Before and after me, lost business and future business), if this problem has been ongoing.
Horrible customer service at this location. It is seemingly ran by teenagers with little to no customer service skills. They constantly mess up orders and take an excruciatingly long time to fill orders, and then act as though you have inconvenienced them by making an order. If you try and call nobody answers the phone and their website is just ads with no way to contact anyone. I do not recommend this location.
This place needs to shut down. They never have stock of anything. They close down whenever they feel like and they are clueless because they never have enough staff and always new people so they can't keep people. Was never like this. I use to love going there all hours of the night.
Poorest service I have ever received. They would have more than 3 employees and only 1 serves the customers. Others are busy in cleaning or doing their own stuff.
