Updated: so I’ve returned two more times and both times the cashier was super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately both times the food quality was lacking. This last time was enough to make me take a picture of the horrible excuse for an order of Aussie Petals. Honestly was 50%crumbles of fried batter and 50%old and reheated petals that were chewy and tough. The sandwich was a Jammin chicken which had good flavor but the breast was tough and chewy. Probably cooked much earlier in the day and left in the hotbox. I expect better from bloomin brands.First time visiting and we really enjoyed the experience. Food was well prepared with good flavor. The staff, Michelle specifically, was amazing. She was patient and accommodating plus super informative for a first time visitor.
I ordered the cheeseburger no Bun in the restaurant for To Go. They gave me a dry room temperature burger. The cheese was not even melted. If the was slightly warm the cheese would have melted.
I think I made a bad choice in getting a salad with crispy Chicken. It was good but I think if you go to anything call the outback you should stick with beef or steak. One of the fellow diners had the steak with a side salad and it looked amazing. So I take blame for what I ordered, don't get chicken at a steak place. And I got the onion petals and it was so salty I could not eat it. Very reasonably priced at about $3 but if you can't eat it it's a waste of money. Just overly seasoned. But a lovely place inside so I wish them well.
Awesome food and excellent service. The staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and above par for a fast food place! The fries were the best I've had in probably 3 years or so. Definitely an amazing fast food version of outback.
I use the drive thru often. My steak is always cooked exactly how I ask. Aussie petals are so yummy. The team is always nice, and when my dog is with, they give her a treat. I love this place!
I went there with my family and the staff who took our order at the counter was awesome.He was very much enjoying what he does and made our dinner worthwhile. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant experience and helped us with all our needs.I really loved the CRISPY SRIRACHA CHICKEN SANDWICH .It is a treat, and you will love the explosion of flavor from sauce along with the crunchiness of coating over the chicken. One bite of pure joy and happiness.I highly recommend this place to all the people around this area.
Food is just ok. You can tell the burger patty of probably a frozen patty. Got it's flavor from the stuff they put on it, not the patty. I got the bacon cheese fries also and they were disappointing, cold cheese and fries. I think it was better the first time I went. They have a lot of good sauces. Good price.
Super quiet with no wait. Nice staff. Accommodated my burger with no bun. Fresh. Loved having outback food without having to put on makeup lol. Tried 2 locations so far. Fries are amazing. Love that we have 2 locations right by our house.Great burgers and chicken sandwiches. Totally will go again
