Such a cute place. I noticed it while driving by so looked at the reviews and all were great. Their drinks are great ! The cooling tea isn’t something you’d find at any other boba place. It’s very refreshing. Their noodle bowl is probably the best I’ve ever had & I’ve had a few !! Ingredients are super fresh & tasty. Friendly service as well! Give them a try!
Annie Tea House deserves 10 stars! I've been going to ATH since it first opened. Everything has been amazing. The food, desserts, snacks, and drinks can't be beat. This is my absolute favorite spot in Brandon because it has it all. Rarely do you find a place that has great boba drinks and great Vietnamese food all rolled into one. The flan dessert is a must try. You get your choice of toppings on the flan. My personal favorite toppings are the taro and matcha green tea boba. They also serve a bubble waffle with ice cream. I'm also in love with their matcha brown sugar boba tea, avocado smoothie, taro coconut smoothie, and now their new mangonada. I must also mention another favorite and specialty drink is their Annie Cooling Tea which comes with a bunch of different toppings. It's a thirst quencher for sure.Their food is also to die for. I can now say that I've had almost every item like the salmon, noodle bowl, grilled tofu, wings, calamari, shrimp noodles, and others. Again, all of it is made fresh to order and amazing. Do not miss this place if you happen to be in Brandon. It's family run and local. Annie, her family, and staff provide excellent service. It's a favorite for a good reason.It's in the same plaza as Anthony's Coal Fire Pizza on Brandon Blvd. Today is their 1 year anniversary. Yay!
My new fav spot in Brandon. Quality milk teas, boba teas, and fruit teas. Friendly helpful staff. Cozy and clean atmosphere. Yummy casual food options. Pictured is grilled salmon and veggies with fried rice. Drink is strawberry fruit tea with basil seeds. Highly recommend.
They had a good variety of drinks and I liked the ability to customize my drink. We will definitely be back

I love this place! Annie the owner is a sweetheart and so are the other girls. The brown sugar matcha green tea is delicious!!! I usually don’t get boba because they take over the drink but their boba is good. The coconut taro is so good as well and we also had the make your own tea and mixed peach with passion fruit, it was so refreshing! I can’t wait to try more teas. I have yet to try any of the food but anytime they are cooking it smells delicious!
Literally THE BEST little boba/lunch place EVER. The ambience of this cute little restaurant is unlike any other. It is small, but, with the most adorable decorations and very comfortable seating. I have been a few times, but this week I learned that the owners husband makes all of the food. My daughter and I ordered the shrimp and rice, with the strawberry smoothie and the Brown sugar matcha latte. All of it was beyond superb. I even went back and ordered more to take home for my husband. The owners and staff are so gracious and kind. And I appreciated that they had crayons and coloring books available for my 4 year old. Can’t say enough good things about this place! If you like to support local—this is the place to go!!
This place is so chill and the drinks recieved were both super pretty and delicious! Can't wait to return! Staff was very nice as well. Overall a great experience!
