Service is always good. The food was ok. The fried pickles need to be removed from the menu; way too salty. They didn't taste good at all.
Quickly grabbed a bite on the way home.It looked like there were plenty of seats.Clean inside and out.The people who I interacted with were great (we did takeout, but wanted to take our time looking at the menu.)Only possible down side would be I should have ordered a spicier sandwich.
I usually don't like Zaxby's but my husband loves it, in NC and VA it's always so greasy and makes you just feel horrible... But a few weeks ago we came down to Florida for work and I stopped in this location and the lady with longer brown hair was honestly the most pleasant cheerful person I have ever encountered ANYWHERE once I got back to the hotel to eat it was honestly the best chicken I think I've had since my years of management at wings to go. Awesome work guys I know one thing from the cooks to the cashier y'all have a wonderful staff. And amazing job on management for picking someone who took such pride in their job as the face of the company that I encountered with the drive thru girl. Keep up the good work
Love zaxbys but hate how their quota for fast service forces me to drive up immediately after handing cash over. Even with small meals! They charge for extra sauces and always forget the sauces they charge for. Unfortunately I always avoid them due to this.
New favorite place. It was so good I started eating and forgot to take a picture lol. I was getting addicted I want four times in less than a week so now I have to put myself on a time out. It is a very close race for this place and my other favorite chicken place if you have not been definitely go definitely try it it will be worth it it’s made fresh in the four times I went every time it was hot service was friendly patient they have an app to you can order ahead if you’re in a hurry. On the receipt you can do a survey and get a free item on your next visit. Definitely go try it out don’t take my word for it go experience it for yourself
I'd say my experience was mediocre at best. For me the chicken wasn't overly impressive and had a strange aftertaste. However I did enjoy the fried mushrooms and I believe they were spicy.
The website should have been our sign to avoid this restaurant, but we did not heed the warning.We were rather optimistic when we entered and were waited in immediately for our take-out order, including an order of fries and various dipping sauces to use with our chicken fingers. We arrived at our luncheon destination and discovered no fries and one sauce for the chicken fingers. The sandwiches were so so. I ordered the kicker’ chicken, which I didn’t realize was chicken fingers. The Texas toast was over “buttered” as it was very greasy, to the point I chose to not eat. We also tried the fried cheese curds, very odd and Luke warm when we started lunch, about 10 minutes after leaving Zaxby’s. A very disappointing lunch.The other Zaxby’s I see are usually busy, so maybe it was just this one. Perhaps I will try it again in a few years.
Update: Notice how the owner is only responding to 5 star reviews & ignoring reviews giving actual feedback… tells you everything you need to know.We went to zaxbys tonight to grab something quick instead of stopping at a restaurant or making dinner at home. Unfortunately, quick wasn’t the case. We waited 30+mins to get our food. I understand the short staffing issues due to Covid, but this was just poor customer services. The worker came to our car with the wrong order, and then we proceeded to wait even longer. Cars that came 10-20mins after us were given food and leaving. We only ordered 2 meals… Nothing was offered in return for us waiting so long for the food… ridiculous. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. They need more organized with how to remember what car gets what food. My husband literally had to go back to the window and retell them what we ordered….
Never disappointed with our fingerz! We love this spot. Miss the days when I was in h.s with friends that worked @ Zax's in Metro Atlanta. The fingerz used to be individual chicken breasts. Those were the glory days
Love some Zaxby's. Kickin'chicken sandwich with some sweet tea.....yum
