Was cooked crispy the way I asked. Except the mild sauce/seasoning was on the adult wings order and the hot was on the kids boneless order. Good crew, very helpful. Corrections were made and I walked away happy.
fries seemed like they’d been cooked for hours and were extremely soggy the wings came with all sorts of sauces on them when i even called multiple times to confirm what we wanted. The customer service was terrible rude as hell for absolutely no reason i was so excited when i noticed there was a wing so down here but it’s nothing like orlando’s wing stops at all :((
When I visit food is always fresh and usually a little wait but don’t mind, the workers are very friendly and attentive! Favorite wingstop location for years!
Very slow service, will tell you on the phone that your order won’t take long & it’ll be done in 15-30 minutes EVERY time just to get there 30-45 minutes later (because if you know food places, you know) with the order not even started & your in “line” behind others to even have your food prepared. Just be straightforward & let people know how long it will really be which is probably 45 to an hour, instead of continuously taking orders & the order not being nowhere near ready. Staff have no care in the world about your order & have no problem keeping you waiting for as long as it takes. Never offers anything for just the long wait, never apologizes or explains what’s going on, nothing! Don’t recommend here if your trying to get something quick & on the way.
The wings were good but they forgot my fries.Got the “managers” number but no answer.
Ordered 50 wings through their app, was told to pick up order at 3:33. Order was not ready until 4:25. The worst part, we only got 36 of the 50 wings we ordered. Of the 50 wings, we ordered 4 flavors and all 36 were buffalo, which wasn’t 1 of the 4 flavors we ordered. Spent an hour trying to reach someone. We got our missing 14 wings at 6:15 PM. Awful experience for an $80 order.
I just LOOVE the Lemon Pepper Wings here!! The Staff is always friendly and very nice. The food is always made to perfection and it's always very clean inside!
Wingstop has my FAVORITE wings. I prefer the small wings. I love the garlic Parmesan flavor and the bbq. I’ve tried almost all the flavors and haven’t had one I dislike yet. The fries are amazing they have a tasty seasoning. The only complaint I have is inconsistency bcuz there is never the same cook. They have a high turnaround.One time I got wings that they clearly bought from a grocery store and cooked. Idk if they ran out of wings or what. Most of my other experiences have been good.
Ordered the thighs and they were great! Service was also great. A nice big, clean dining room and friendly folks. My order was ready right on time, hot and delicious.
