If you’re a Pizza Hut fa, this is a good bet. Pizza arrived hot and fresh just as ordered. Also, they told us of specials that saved us money.
I live 3 minutes from this location, ordered delivery for my son and the time set for delivery said 20-30 minutes. Wings and fries is what he ordered. The delivery guy showed up an hour and 20 minutes later and only had cold French fries, tells my son he needs to go get the wings. My son thinking he left them in the car stood at the door waiting for him to return, only to find out they were never included in the order and the guy had to go back to the restaurant. I call the restaurant to complain only for Chris to be disrespectful and talk to me in a tone that was so disrespectful and lacked ANY customer service. I then told Chris he can just refund me. I he screamed at me telling me he would refund back to my card and hung up in my ear. Because of Chris and his disrespect I will NEVER order again!
The manager cursed at my wife after she asked if we could have grilled chicken added to a pizza. We had placed the same order last week without any issues. When we called back to get the managers name a guy named Chris identified himself as the manger and said we can call whoever we want to file a complaint. He said he doesn’t care and then hung up on us. Horrible customer service to say the least.
i placed an order online tonight and never recieved my food. I cant call because now they are closed. literally the worst service ever and a bunch of liars since when I called while they were open the man said my order was on the way.
pizza crusts were gritty and chewy. sauce tasted flavorless like eating ketchup. ordered two large two topping pizzas.
Like Pizza Hut, then this is a good one to go to. But like any of them, order extra cheese. The staff was helpful in getting me the correct coupons for the best deal for our dinner.
I probably haven't eaten here in 30 years but I was a guest at a friend's house. Unlike the old quick cook dough, this pizza was more like a cracker crust. Not bad. Since he did not order my pizza of choice which is cheese I had what he ordered. I had some veggie pizza which was not bad although it was sparse on sauce. It also had jalapeí±os so it had some bite.I had meatball pizza and I don't know what kind of meat it was but it was not an animal I was familiar with. It's not pizza I would order.
Delivered in almost an hour and right across the street and flagging..Gave the lady the street name and it never got put in so therefore I call back and they brought it to me quickly to be told there was no charge but,charged me any way..Plus bit into breadsticks and got a long hair in my mouth ...Willl not order from this one again ...DISGUSTED!!!
Pizza was hot and pretty good, waitress was slow attending but over all it was not busy and our food came out semi fast.
Just made an online order tonight. I have eaten at this place for years. However tonights experience has it where i will never eat here again. When i arrived to pick up my order i was told that there would be no onions because they didnt have any. Yet when i got my receipt i was for sure charged for them. When i was checking my pizza before i left it was not right. I tried to tell the girl behind the counter but she proceed to try and convince me it was. It was half a cheese
