Ease managers pay attention to your staff there should never be 3 people staring at drive thru screen and still get the order incorrect after waiting 45 minutes for food we ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 medium drinks we got 2 sandwiches and small drinks. Also u should never be out of any it just because it's after 8 at night I can only eat baked potatoes and never have them if you can't pay attention please drug test your staff everyday it's ridiculous
Kids meals were ordered cheeseburger plain no ketchup. After the food was ready, I checked the bag and there was ketchup on both burgers. Another customer approached the counter at the same time and had a similar problem 3 cheeseburgers ordered plain were made regular. I said I also need 2 plain cheeseburgers no ketchup my kids won't eat this, the woman behind the counter immediately grimaced at me and told me that I rang my mobile order in wrong and then walked away out of sight. I said I don't care to pay for plain cheeseburgers if I made a mistake. I then found my mobile order and announced to the staff that I did order correctly. There was no response from any employees. I then stood at the counter for a few minutes without anyone talking to me. I finally asked someone if I was being helped and got the plain cheeseburgers and left. I am fine with the remade food happens all the time, but the attitude was totally uncalled for.
Had trouble finding my mobile order. Chocolate Frostie machine was empty, tried to exchange with a strawberry Frostie. It was nothing but foam. Burger was OK ,the fries were cold.
The manager Anna was very disrespectful I spent over 14$at this location I definitely will not be going back the manager gave me a crushed up cookie I went back to the store and had to wait in line all over again then when I got to the window she had a attitude with me you shouldn’t treat your customers like that Mrs Kathy district Manager definitely doesn’t allow managers or employees to act like that I hope in the future u treat customers better and on top of that I called the store and ask when the Gm would be there and she hung up the phone u are very unprofessional to be a manger.
Got breakfast, in my opinion one of the best fast food breakfast period. I just don't know why they don't sell the breakfast potato wedges all day, I'd love to get them instead of fries!
34 minutes stuck in the drive through lane with 3 cars ahead me. The only way you’re averaging over 10 minutes per car with your dining room closed is if you’re intentionally trying to do that so that people won’t come back. You succeeded!
First, every evening this business is pitch-black as if they are not open. The Wendy's Sign by road is off and all parking lot lights are off. Only lights on are the ones in cooking area inside business and drive-thru. The lobby is never open to the public.Does this business care about the safety of their customers. ..???2. The service is always so slow. Takes about 5-10 minutes for each vehicle to get service.
This is the worst wind is I've ever been to. The staff are all lazy. They keep the lobby closed cuz they don't want to work and I found hair my chilli. Plus the manager was high on heroin he can't even keep his eyes open long enough for me to place an order. -5 stars
This place is a joke!!! Don't come here the building is nasty disgusting and very aged and not at all maintained. The employees are about dumb as a box of rocks!!!! 4 times I repeated myself and still had to go back because 4 different employees could not understand no onion no pickle!!!! They had better find smarter more customer friendly staff before this places closes for good!!! I refuse to step foot back on this property!!!!
Went Thursday was a long wait but other then that fries were nicely hot and fresh as well as my burger. Valnte on drive-thru was a big help, very attentive to customers needs! Will certainly be back.
