Gluten free and Celiac friendly on the baked potato (tell them allergies) and on the frosty. One of the few fast food places where you can go for Celiacs. Thank you to the staff at this location!!!
Food was what you expect. Unfortunately, customer service was lacking. No greeting when I entered. No gloves worn. The crew was focused on taking drive-thru order and No offer of apology for my wait. Customers who walk are important too.
Just went in to get a drink I know but that's was the only thing close but everything was good got some fresh sweet tea.I will return to this property again for business.

Wendy's at this location (5420 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34209), is the worst place we've visited while here and we come out to Coquina Beach often during the summer and always stop at a Wendy's for breakfast. This is the second time we've stopped at this specific location and both times we've had issues. The first time we ordered the food and (thankfully we were going to park and eat) opened the bag, we found that one of the sandwiches were incorrect and another only had half the bun ?????? Don't know how THAT happens, but whatever! So we drove around to the window again and the woman opened the window and seemed very put out that we were there to get our order fixed, like it was OUR FAULT the food was given that way! This time we stopped and there's a sign on the window that CLEARLY SAYS-""" dining room closed, DRIVE THRU HOURS 7am- 11pm""". We pulled up to the microphone about 7:10am and sat there for several minutes before pulling up to the window, where we sat for several more minutes before someone opened the window and looked at us like we were stupid, just staring, not saying one word! So we asked if they were open and all the women did was shake her head, like it was too much to speak, so I pointed at the sign with the DRIVE THRU HOURS and asked about it and all she did was shrug her shoulders. Very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude when working with the public. Wouldn't recommend this location, unless you enjoy being treated in a negative manner.
The food is always cold, never hott! If you get napkins they shove them into your bag, why would I want to use a napkin that you already mangled? They barely give you enough sauce for the $8-12 meal you buy?
They don't listen to what you order. You Get Home and it's all wrong. I complained to the mgr nicely and he did nothing. My first time at a Wendy's. And my last
Quick service with efficiency and a pleasent demeanor. Stopped by to grab lunch and frostys after the beach for the drive home. The food was tasty, everything was correct the first time too! Def will stop again in the future after beach trips.
Went through the drive through around 10 pm no one answered we drove up to the window and a worker was waving us to leave and giving us the finger as we drove off. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, that kid needs to be fired. Would not recommend going there whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!
Dining room was closed, drive-thru line all around the building, been waiting in line for about 15 minutes to pick up an online order, totally in the weeds
