it is really nice that the meats were all the same price. the interior was nice and clean, employees were friendly. this place also has a great selection of meats and toppings, but there is one big issue.they do not season the meat!!I got steak and my friend got chicken and in both our bowls, the meat was unseasoned. it's a shame because I thought the rest of the bowl was good. just biting into a piece of plain beef was really unpleasant. hopefully they fix this in the future.
Urban Taco is the real deal! The burrito's are the size and weight of a brick. The bowls are always overflowing, and hard to finish. The quacamole and white queso is the BEST around. Only downside is the chips. Most of us are accustomed to corn chips, and they make theirs using the flour tortilla's. No worries, Publix is next door and we grab a bag of Santita's. :)
Okay y’all. Best food taco joint I have EVER eaten at… and that is saying a lot. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and almost everything there is gluten dairy free!!!! Tons of meat and vegan options as well. Packed a punch with flavors, TONS to choose from, blew chipotle away. I didn’t get a pic of my bowl, but I got a pic of my hubbys quesadilla. But just FYI my bowl had shredded adobo chicken, brown rice, black beans, fajita pepper onions, cilantro, pico, pickled onions, arugula, fresh diced onion, and a combo of their mango habanero sauce and their kick in sauce. I cannot say enough. I cannot BELIEVE we’ve been hitting up chipotle right down the road all this time and never ate here. NEW FOOD ADDICTION!!
Best fast Tex-Mex around! And one of very few that offer fish as a protein! Always a good choice! And so my family reminds me! ?
Ordered online for pickup and was told no shrimp when we arrived for shrimp tacos, only enough fish for one taco and then they forgot to give us the chips with the guacamole we ordered. Very disappointing
Build your own Mexican with vastly superior food than most similar establishments. Large portions, reasonable prices, well staffed. Ambiance is nothing but it is clean.
I’ve only been here once, but I love it & so does my husband. I used to eat at Chipotle multiple times a week, but I was sick of my order always being wrong and them always being out of meats and toppings. I tried Urban Taco and so happy I did. Everything is so fresh and good. So many extra toppings and sauces to choose from that chipotle doesn’t have. The employees were so polite also. I will be returning quite often :) I’m also a huge fan of poppos, but I’m not a fan of their beverage choices.. and Urban Taco has Pepsi products & sells COKE as well which is all I drink so it’s a huge plus as well.
While the food was good I was thoroughly creeped out when I went to the womens bathroom as there was a hole in the wall directly across from the toilet and the employee back room was on the other side of said wall.
It's tasty. On par with Chipotle but cheaper plus they got churros. 5/5
I’ve been a chipotle fan for years but it doesn’t compare. My friend kept telling me about Urban Taco and I have now eaten there 3 times….and I’m a meal prep guy. The food is delicious, fresh and it’s hot when you pick it up.
