I had to share my experience because of the nature of the service. Friendliness and the professionalism of the staff at the Bradenton store always knock my socks off. They're so courteous and aim to please. My service and experience was great and I drive ? 10 miles from me home and pass at least 2 other store because of the great service and the welcoming spirit ?.
Ordered peanut paradise smoothie through drive through and got the drink with no peanut in it.Such a bad experience. Employees working there should be fired

Smoothies were amazing. Plenty of other things were available too, like sandwiches and salads. Service was good. I recommend this.
Stopped for a mango pineapple smoothie. Very good you could taste the fruit not chemicals. I see they all kinds of fresh salads and sandwiches as well.
The green smoothies in this place are fantastic! The food used to be better but it still worth to go just to get a good smootie. ?
Love this place for lunch , I ordered the beach bum and chicken pesto which are great the only downside is that it becomes very busy during the weekday at lunch and the line is long. You can order ahead as well which works, not sure what happened the last time but I had very little chicken and cheese, should’ve checked before I left
Terrible customer service, probably the worst and most blatantly lazy and disrespectful encounter with a fast food employee. Prior to today, despite the typical long wait even in short lines, I come daily for the same smoothie. Tonight I was pushing it arriving close to 9, but “knowing” they’re a business, if I get there by 9 they have to serve me. I pull into the drive through and there’s 3 cars in front of me but still make it to the window by 8:57. Manager on duty, Tanner closed 3 minutes before 9 and refused to take my order at the window with the automatic message they were closed and return tomorrow etc already being played . I called the store while still in line and she Argued I got there at 8:59, still prior to 9 but because I pulled forward up to the window and while she was serving the car in front of me, by the time she got done arguing with me it was 9:02 she says, and I quote “am no longer required to serve you or open the window”. Despite acknowledging I was there prior to 9. We’re still on the phone and I’m at the window. She says with the only enthusiasm so far that she’ll be happy to let her GM know I would be contacting him. Terrible customer service. At minimum I would have served the customer and if I was unable to run their form of payment because I wasted an additional few minutes arguing and the registers were in fact closed, then I would have made the smoothie complimentary. Her response was “I get what you’re saying, but I’m not obligated to do that.”I come here daily. You have lost my business and i recommend looking into a manager with customer service skills who is not a brat!
I've been a pretty regular customer at this location and several others over the years and to me they have lost something here. Smoothies are generally good, but sometimes not blended thoroughly and ice jams up your straw. My 2 stars is for the food. The last 4 or 5 times has been horrible. Flatbread hard as a rock,chicken that is like rubber you can't bite through.Really??I just tried a bite and discarded and I get miffed over wasting $6. I don't know about you, but I'm done with this location. P.S. I never leave reviews unless it's this bad.
