This is what they give with no Lettuce . . Didn't taste that good either. Poor management

Went at 10:00 on May 29th and ordered two bean quesadilla and that was fine but also ordered twochicken quesadillas and was told “there’s only one of us in the kitchen and we cant be making a bunch a quesadillas “ in an externally rude tone. They were out of the other item we wanted so we just left with nothing.

1 star is an exaggeration, I spent $50 on tacos was told to wait around the corner which I did... and was missing items from my order, had to bang on the door to get their attention, they rolled their eyes at me as if I was an inconvenience, no one ever said I'm sorry we messed up your order. Very disappointed and of coarse tried to go to the website to complain, and shocker it just would not load!!!

Probably the most laziest employees I’ve ever witnessed. If the website and the hours say they close at 3am, then they should close at 3am, not 2am. Clearly if you want to leave work so early, get another job.Overall, disgusting work ethic they have and food was disgusting.If I could leave lower than a 1 star, I would.Managers need to do better.

I am a devoted Taco Bell customer, however the past few days I am rather dissatisfied with the company. I went inside when I saw several cars out front, and I was pleased to find out that the dining room was open. I enjoyed a wonderful meal and went home satisfied. Several days later, I again went to the dining room, however, no one greeted me, or made eye contact. I waited and then asked if anyone was taking orders. The reply from one person said "Delivery or Mobile app inside". No greeting, sorry, nothing else. I had to go through drive through. Why is it that the dining room was renovated, beautifully, but there is no one able to enjoy it. And the customer service is indeed awful. I am sorry, but I won't be back.

Worst Customer Service.I go for dine in. Both Kiosks was not working. Waited for 10 minutes on counter that some one will take my order. I ask nicely can some one take my order as they are just focus on Drive thru and don't care about dine in. Manager rudely say" Are you hungry ? than wait". I told her that can you at least take my order? She said leave the property.Even though the manager was rude other staff also say the same thing. They don't care about business. Too Rude. I used to give a lot of business to this Taco Bell but I will rather drive few more miles than going here.Strongly suggest to somewhere else.

Extremely rude. They let 8 people stand in line, and completely ignored them all for at least 10 mins, I literally had to yell "excuse me" at least 5 times before they made eye contact and then continued to try and ignore me while I asked if they were taking orders inside, barely got a nod no, and then the dude walked away again like no one standing there existed. Apparently it's REALLY hard to be polite and acknowledge costumers. They lost a bunch of business tonight being rude, as everyone in that line walked out. Reported this to taco bell too.

Food is always good, but the self checkout kiosks say out of order: employees have terrible attitudes rolling their eyes when they have to come take your order at the register. And there is an employee laying in one of the booths on her phone. Ever heard of service with a smile?...or is it scowl? ?

Usually food is good no problem but they must of got some new people because food came out cold and not even what I ordered

Just left this Taco Bell and yet again another Fantastic A+ visit!! Anthony and Larry have the best customer service! Anthony is so friendly, nice and helpful! Not sure the who makes the food but props to them too!! It's always consistent and on point! KEEP UP THE EXCEPTIONAL WORK EVERYONE! THIS TACO BELL ROCKS!!
