I always order the #7 with a soft taco. Diet pepsi, no sauce. Perfect every time. The process are currently high, $9 for the meal. But the food is good.
Probably the best Taco Bell in town. They're slow during rush but otherwise are fairly quick. Depending on who's running the drive-thru, remembering your sauces it hit or miss. Food is always on point and put together well. It's Taco Bell, you know what you're getting here. Inside you can build the most bizarre taco your imagination can come up with. Taco Bell is definitely trying to innovate.
I usually love taco bell but this location is terrible. The place is always filthy dirty with no clean tables to eat at. The food is always wrong and when you ask for a replacement the manager takes an attitude and she even cursed me out the last time I was there due to putting spicy sauce on my kids food after I asked and made clear 3 times to not put any sauce. We will sadly no longer eat here. I hope for the sake of tye establishment they find a better manager or they will be losing money big time.
The manager and crew could not have been more helpful. They prepared numerous tacos for my staff quickly and helped me get them to my car, so I could get back to school in time for my teachers’ lunch breaks at 11am. The staff enjoyed the tacos and I appreciate the Taco Bell Team’s hard work to help make Teacher Appreciation Week a success!
Worst service, can’t get an order right and forget about getting a refund when they mess up. They’ll call the cops on you, threaten you and worst of all their employees try to fight customers when their manager is rude, condescending and ignorant. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. I also felt threaten when the employees walked across the counter and threatened to cause me bodily harm, one employee actually put their hands on me. The “General manager” Aimee F also threw the food and original receipt of purchase away and told me I’m S.O.L. I can’t get a refund for them messing up the complete order. I will never go back here again and recommend if you read this review you choose a different location.
My daughter said she found a hair in her burrito, I told her just throw it out and grab another one. What do you know the next one had hair in it to. Called Taco Bell to complain and whoever I spoke to said it was impossible because they wear hair nets. Great, so is the hair part of the meal? Would’ve gave them 0 stars but no option to. Down $14 bucks and they said they would look into it. Thanx a lot.
The staff is horrible. I understand there young teach them right mangers your not that desperate to where you lose customer. I won't come there again. The guy on speaker was rude messed my order up and over chargered me. Wost taco bell experience ever.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this location today with a friend. Upon arrival we noticed that the drive thru was very busy, and I was pressed on time, and had to be at work shortly. So we decided to go inside to place my order. Upon attempting to enter the restaurant we were surprised to find the door locked a little after 6PM, with no sign giving any reason as to why it was locked. This is not the first time that this has occurred, as this location is infamous for closing early. I then proceeded to the drive-thru, and after waiting 14 minutes I arrived at the menu board. Before I cloud place my order the cashier informed me that they were not excepting cash, and was card only. (Again, no sign anywhere informing customers of this) Unfortunately, I did not have my card on me, and had other cars behind me. I informed the cashier that I had exact change, and was only ordering two items (a burrito and drink) and that they could keep whatever change was left over. The cashier simply responded “No, I can’t do that”. After waiting for the cars in front of me to collect their orders at the window, as I was then stuck in the line, I proceeded to the drive-thru window where I asked the cashier if I could speak to the manager. After receiving a sigh and an eye roll from the cashier, she brought back a young man. I politely asked the young man for the store managers name. His response was “I don’t have to tell you that” I then informed him that I simply want the managers first name, so that I know who to ask for when I call, and again he stated “I’m not giving you that information.” I then asked for the store number, so that I could contact corporate. The young man then responded “Well, you can look that up online, I am not giving you that information” Obviously being met with such rude service, I looked to see what his name was on his name badge, but none of the staff appeared to be wearing a name badge (Isn’t this Taco Bell policy?). When I asked his name, he responded “I’m don’t have to tell you my name”. and then shut the window and walked away. I am not the one to ever complain about restaurant staff, or management, but this location has some serious issues! The last time that I visited this location before this incident, they messed the order up, and before that they were not accepting debit, but only cash, and another time, they were out of flour tortillas! The problems literally never end at this location. This was a horrible experience, and I for one will never return to this location, that in my opinion should be shut down, since they can’t ever seem to get their act together. I would rather drive the extra few miles and go to the location on 41. Better staff, better management, better service. I have notified the better business bureau.
Orders from Uber and when I called after waiting a very long time my call was answered by snarky workers and once I got annoyed I was suddenly transferred to someone full of excuses. This Taco Bell should be investigated. A joke for the concept. This has been going on for a while look at past reviews. If you are part of this company and you doubt any of this I encourage you to expire me this location for yourself (especially later in the evening)
Nacho fries with practically no cheese sauce but for three fries. Order another cheese and got some other sauce. Ordered extra meat on my steak nachos fries burrito that if I did get hate to what you put on it normally. I your food cost is high don’t take it out on the customers take it out of the employee pocket. Burrito was not worth $4. Update 3/26/22 crushed taco from Miss Attitude slamming the bag down and called my name.
