As a whole entire franchise. Even before the pandemic, you have horribly decreased your Quantity on all food items. The amount charged is beyond BS for items and quality. If you pay 8$ for a Quesadilla with 4 tiny pieces of “extra chicken” We’d all just make our own. “Taco Bell cooperate get it the F together.”
I can't fathom how, but each and every time I've been there, service has been so exceptional. Always reliably excellent food.
Great as always going into that location.. Only one thing was wrong and that was missing the cinnamon twists, which wasnt a big deal as they were busy in the drive through. Asked and they gave them to us..
I have always loved Taco Bell, but this location is the best one I've been to yet! Staff was very fast and friendly. All the food was cooked perfectly and had a good amount of toppings. We even got our drinks before the food was ready. Great service ?
I called about a question with my order through Door Dash and spoke to the manager, James. He is the nicest manager I have ever spoken with at a Taco Bell! James was so helpful, had a wonderful speaking voice, and helped me so easily. He even said he’d send a diet coke on the order because I forgot to order it! Excellent.
You can't go wrong with Taco Bell if you eat here for a while you will loss weight . because it's not fried... been there done that..love this place..
I am at the 5410 Manatee Ave W, I have to say the team that they have on right now at 12:30 is amazing! I am highly allegoric to tomatoes and every Taco Bell I go to has to remake my order bc they don’t listen to me! But this Taco Bell did and I will be back! I didn’t get anyones names but the young lady that made my order which the order is under Ronnie and I was there 4/26/2022 at about 12:30ish pm she was amazing and made sure there was no tomatoes on my order! It’s really hard these days to find workers that’ll listen and get the job done with a smile! Thank you guys for being great
RUN!! They Make noises and don't even speak on the drive through speaker which should be a huge redflag alone! Then you have to go to window remembering your order to get a response from 6 zit filled kids standing there all looking at you going sorry was the other guy. Then you order food for it to be burn and look disgusting. I wouldn't feed to anyone or animal. This location should not only be shutdown but Taco Bell fined for allowing this to take place. Years of low quality and taking things lower and lower. We once had Mexican Pizzas! We had Nach Cheese Chalupas! Now we have zit filled kids who give us Diaria!
Just went through the drive thru and asked for a receipt and the girl couldn’t give me one and was very rude. I will dispute the charge and call the 800 number about this. Not to mention the food sucks here.
Ordered 2 cravings boxes for my kids that didn't come in a box and was cold, not to mention, 1 was missing the beef chalupa and the other was missing the beefy burrito. My husband got the Crunchwrap combo and that was missing the Crunchwrap and taco. So all he received was his drink. My chicken quesadilla combo was missing the taco, and was completely cold. Unable to call the store. Not worth driving out there again. I would NOT recommend.
