I arrived to do a customers DoorDash to the subway and the building is completely closed, no lights on, door locked nobody there. The hours on the door state they are open until 10 PM. I went to the nearest store by and a worker informed me that his girlfriend was working and that I can still go in she just closes early. This in fact is not true I’m not sure who else this has affected but I do feel sorry for the person whom I could not deliver their order. It is 9:20 PM the store is supposed to close at 10 PM.
Worst customer service ever~ first, they don’t carry enough cash in the drawer to break a $50?, so you have to walk to Publix. I mean my order was like $20, so you don’t have $30 in change in your cash register? Stingy about us using a big cup for water & asked us to put it back after it went over the counter~ that’s unsanitary in most restaurant facilities! They acted like it was a hassle as my kids had fun ordering their sandwiches.... then at the end, when my daughter said the cookie was hard (we didn’t know if it was stale or overcooked) and asked for a replacement, they argued with us, insisting they made them fresh that morning~ when we stated that the cookie was still hard even if it was made this morning & can we try a different one~ she only took one bite & I felt it~ it seemed stale or overcooked~ the point is~ instead of simply apologizing and replacing the cookie, they continued to argue about it, then the manager snapped, asking us to leave?? I remained calm, trying to speak to the manager, as she continued to be disgruntled with us. feel bad that I gave them a tip~ it didn’t feel safe to be there or eat there. I insisted this was poor customer service, as having worked in the restaurant industry myself for 10 years, so I know bad customer service when I see it. I traveled an hour from out of town today to visit a friend & was looking forward to a quick, fun bit to eat for lunch with my kiddies, but this place was a HUGE let down.... I thought Subway was better than this.... I would rate 0 stars if I could
It was clean and the workers were polite and very professional.
Ham sandwich for little man was 7-star if there was such a thing ?…friendly people too.

Google shows they close at 10pm, Ijust walked in to Subway at 9:45pm and they said it is closed, update your hours as 8am-9:45ish
If the story is true about Subway letting an employee go because she fought off an intruder, this is the second issue I have with Subway. The first was you making the woman soccer player your spokesperson after she had dissed the USA flag.
Anita's is a terrible manager. She hangs up on complaint and just gets exasperated. She need reduced in authority. Dont use these people they dont listen , wanted a teriyaki chic salad got reg chick. No cheese on bmt and no lettuce and tomato on a BLT. U say BLT yet they dint automatically put lettuce and tomato on.
Fairly good experience, at around this time(6pm) its very calm and barely anyone. Good place to hang out and the employees seem good, had a good interaction with them. Also its extremely clean.
