I just went in to get my sub and I am seriously scared to eat it!! The guy behind the counter was wearing an owner shirt touched my food with gloves he had been wearing after touching money and then did it to the next customer. What is the point in wearing gloves if you are going to touch everything and not change them ??? Won't be back!!!
If I could give this subway zero stars I would but unfortunately zero stars is not A a rating!!! For starters the sandwich maker a African-American woman with the headband was extremely racist the entire place stunk of sewage I asked if they had any fresh bread coming and they told me they were about to close this was five minutes ago time now is 745 the door says with the new times that they close at 9:00 PM that’s over an hour and 15 minutes away when I asked if they had any fresh bread the African-American woman who refused to take my order not sure why she just seen me and said nope not taking it and walked in the back then when I asked the new cashier about the bread the lady in the back screamed that’s all we got we bout to close very unprofessional she should be fired Immediately if I could post a video I would but stay tuned to my YouTube channel because I will go in undercover and I will show you people why not to visit the subway on first Street play should be burned down That’s how bad the smell was not sure if it was rotten food im not saying that But the stench was unbearable I am now pulling in nine minutes later one city over just to get some Subway thank God subway in Palmetto or else I would be SOL!!! So my fellow white people be where this subway is not for you subway in Palmetto Subway in Ellenton will service was absolute quality And no racism.. I have posted the subway to eat at.. And what sucks the most is I live at Kendall Ridge apartments which is two minutes away from that subway.. Horrible customer service, worst subway ever been too. Food is not fresh. I saw these female employees harass a couple of young men who were Hispanic and it was embarrassing as they did not speak English very well but neither did the workers?. Rude is an understatement. These ladies must hate their jobs… the place is filthy as well. I cannot believe Subway allows them to operate.
For 3 sandwiches at 10 a sandwich it wouldn't kill uz to put some lettuce on it. Especially when I only ordered them with lettuce and peppers. If you order through Grub hub get another store in your area. Ridiculous. Laterally a few shreds of lettuce on each sandwich. I was looking forward to the crunch and was very disappointed that prices go up and what u actually get goes down. I will never spend my money here again
I would rate a zero given the chance!!! It used to be clean,and they used to have good customer service and now the customer service is horrible,and when their open sign says open and online it says open the employees are nowhere to be found
Worst place to order been there 3 times (shame on me for ever going back) the afternoon crew is rude no customer service they rolled their eyes and mumble in their mask when they have to make a multiple order. They slam your bread down and rolled their eyes at you and if u try to add anything else they jump at you.and treat you worst like you suppose to be scare to order. Who would want eat something that's made with such rudeness...it bothers them to have to work ...their lost because not only did they lose my business but all of my coworkers chilli's will be seen alot of more business now .definitely. i guess our business is not good enough for them. Since we have complain before and no responses. It's ok chilli's appreciate our 80-150$ orders daily ..
4 min befor they close door locked employees staring at me cleaning up doing closing duties 40 min early would not let me in to get foor ignored me at the door never go again
They are no longer opening at 9am unless it is the owner, Marcus, working. All the other female employees if you get there at 9 and they have the lights on will tell you they aren't open.
